I'm getting sound from only the right side earbud. There is no sound out of the left, but the touch control on the left side does work. Any suggestions?
Does this device require a subscription to use? I bought them a while ago and was using them today and all of a sudden it quit translating and come up with a screen saying "free quota exhausted, select how to continue using". So if I have to have a subscription after so many minutes used, then they are useless.
Previously, some versions of the earbuds did not have activation codes, but we have upgraded them all. You can contact your store's customer service and ask for a free activation code!
Absolute garbage in translating French. It also doesn't fit my ears--it's not secure at all. I spent 30 minutes trying to get these to work and they keep switching to Chinese. And into the trash they go...

I have a Samsung s21 phone and it won't connect with the ear buds.

These were sent from Italy but it only has 21 languages and Italian is NOT one of them!!!
