First clip in, the guy splits lanes at speeds over 60 mph, then gets angry the van switches lanes WHILE INDICATING, biker proceeds to slap the van's mirror, then quickly runs away like a bitch splitting lanes at over 80 mph... This, people, is part of the reason why bikers get this shitty reputation.
That cop needs to be charged with attempted manslaughter. He came to a complete stop on the highway & he swerved to make sure guy could not pass. No excuses for the pig.
Sorry but that cop needs to be punished, starts pulling right, brakes hard and pulls back left with nothing infronnt of him warranting a brake, plus its on a highway, that should be considered vehicular assault, and by the footage, he would have a great case. That last clip is a beautiful lawsuit against the police department. Just by the officers admittance that he was being "tailgated" shows that he knew there was someone behind him when he slammed his breaks causing an accident. Hope you get a nice payout from the city dude.
it isnt a lawsuit, the cop actually brakes and the biker in the vid had 6 seconds to react to it but the biker was going over the speed limit so its actually the bikers fault
@@darknemesis_x7166 I think the cop at first starts to slow down, but then suddenly slams his break and that’s why the biker couldn’t break on time. You could see the biker slowing down but then slams his break as well at the end. At the end of the day, the biker could have slowed down and the cop could have just turn on the light and wait for the biker to pull over.
@@chrisliao8300 I guess but I’m the video the cops brake lights were on for at least 6 seconds and the biker was going over the speed limit which is why he blurred out the speedometer at first, and I think the cop didn’t do that since bikers have a higher tendency to drive away. It most likely could have been handled better but the guy did have 6 seconds to slow down/come to a stop before hitting the cop
If you filter in front of someone at a light and then go slower than them, you shouldn’t be confused as to why they’re mad. You cut the line just to slow them down, of course they’re going to be annoyed

I love riding all year round, largely to just enjoy the beautiful countryside. I occasionally get a nice open straight road where I can get up to a good speed, and I do enjoy the twisties, but other people's saftey (and my own) are always my first thought. We all make mistakes, but a lot of these bikers are far too fixated on speed. It got one of my friends killed in a horrific manner; he should have riden slower.

The lens distorts the actual distance. It very likely was close to a foot or two. Even if it was 3 feet that’s still way to close to a bike. Rule of thumb has always been at least 3 car lengths between with even more depending on speed. He was also going the speed limit and keeping up with traffic easily

Even if he did register you as he pulled out, his car is 50% over the line - he's gone past the point of no return. I'd also argue your road position is quite a bit to the left. The motorcyclist in front has the better idea - be right so the car can see more of him.

@@sappigegeit in America, there is no legal limit to how young you can ride a dirt bike. Some as early as 4 are actually in sactioned races IXCR does pee-wee class. 50cc and auto transmissions all the way up to senior 70+.

@@unhoppy2981 i rewatched the video and it is indeed the drivers fault, as overtaking within the lane's limits are allowed if you have enough space to safely do so without leaving your lane, even on a double line. Now, it could also be the biker's fault if the country's laws doesnt allow such an overtake for bikers, but then again, the driver didnt signal the turn and did it on double whites. Biker was also speeding like i said it the other comment, so, even if within speed limits, could still go against him in court as you have to adapt speed and distance to current road conditions, in order to be able to stop safely, so its all up to the area's laws, really, but still, imo, both are at fault, though driver mostly for his illegal maneuvers edit: road conditions means weather, amount of traffic, driving style of other participants, etc. Not just natural conditions

Most of these are riders with a bad case of Karen. Like the dude saying he was being followed to close. Thats what happens at red lights, people pull up behind you and wait......smh. Maybe if alot of these guys would quit speeding and illegally passing, they'd not find themselves in these positions. Ive been riding the streets for over 30 years. I ride so people can see and hear me. I ride like every single car, person, or animal is trying to kill me. Its dangerous enough doing everything as safe as possible. Once you start increasing speed and doing illegal maneuvers such as passing on a double yellow at an intersection. Dont be surprised when you get injured or worse. I like to go fast and have fun, but there's times and places to do that.
They used to show good examples of motorcyclists doing the right thing, but once "mirror smacks" got popular it got super toxic. It doesn't matter if the bikers are in the right or wrong, but as long as there is a mirror smack in the footage the video is going up

You could see the biker slowing down but then slams his break as well at the end. At the end of the day, the biker could have slowed down and the cop could have just turn on the light and wait for the biker to pull over.

I occasionally get a nice open straight road where I can get up to a good speed, and I do enjoy the twisties, but other people's saftey (and my own) are always my first thought. We all make mistakes, but a lot of these bikers are far too fixated on speed. It got one of my friends killed in a horrific manner; he should have riden slower.
This channel really has become a window into why most drivers hate motorcyclists. Nearly all of these clips are people riding like shit.

Now, it could also be the biker's fault if the country's laws doesnt allow such an overtake for bikers, but then again, the driver didnt signal the turn and did it on double whites. Biker was also speeding like i said it the other comment, so, even if within speed limits, could still go against him in court as you have to adapt speed and distance to current road conditions, in order to be able to stop safely, so its all up to the area's laws, really, but still, imo, both are at fault, though driver mostly for his illegal maneuvers

Most of these are riders with a bad case of Karen. Like the dude saying he was being followed to close. Thats what happens at red lights, people pull up behind you and wait......smh. Maybe if alot of these guys would quit speeding and illegally passing, they'd not find themselves in these positions. Ive been riding the streets for over 30 years. I ride so people can see and hear me. I ride like every single car, person, or animal is trying to kill me. Its dangerous enough doing everything as safe as possible. Once you start increasing speed and doing illegal maneuvers such as passing on a double yellow at an intersection. Dont be surprised when you get injured or worse. I like to go fast and have fun, but there's times and places to do that.

They used to show good examples of motorcyclists doing the right thing, but once "mirror smacks" got popular it got super toxic. It doesn't matter if the bikers are in the right or wrong, but as long as there is a mirror smack in the footage the video is going up

there has got to be a better way to show disapproval than to smash their mirrors one of the only things they can use to see behind them without looking too far off the road ahead, smashing their mirror endangers not only you but many others on the road
