Marissa was a crazy bitch, she will just drag Ryan to her level. Remember when he almost got arrested because she had alcohol with her? Ryan deserves to be happy.
Marissa was dramatic but I think she was finally doing better, and she was gonna recover with the travel with her father. She broke up with Volchock, helped Ryan and decided that she needed fresh air. I think it was her moment and she just died. And Taylor... she's just annoying.... I can see that she's better than in the other seasons but she's still annoying and so corny
If you only watch the season 4, it's easy to like Taylor. But if you watched the other seasons of The OC and loved it, it's almost impossible not missing Marissa. She was dramatic but it's a DRAMATIC show. The OC isn't The OC without her :(
I have watched all 4 seasons and rewatched it many times and I HATE Marissa and do NOT miss her at all and I actually wish they killed her off back in S1 the show would have been better
I feel like I only love Seth as an onscreen character because he's hilarious and so so so awkward, but if I knew him in real life, I really wouldn't like him at all lmao
@@martaverneda she annoyed me since Oliver and the fact that she didn‘t change and hurt herself and esp Ryan was too much. Ryan changed for the better which they should have done with her. They were not healthy for each other.
Taylor is so whacky! I love that! But still: I miss Marissa! Her and Ryan belonged together!!! I hate Mischa Barton for leaving the show! What was she thinking?
I feel like Ryan had very broad taste in women. Theresa, Marissa, and Lindsay were nothing alike, but he strongly cared for all of them in different ways. Likewise, Sadie was much different from those three, and he felt very strongly about her, too. So to say that Taylor isn't his type is pretty odd. I think any girl could be his type. In real life, Ben McKenzie's type was always Latina women, though, so Theresa was the closest to his real life type. His crushes were all Latina celebrities and many of his girlfriends were Latina, especially Brazilian women. Finally, he married a Brazilian woman (Morena Baccarin).
@@theresamahfouz790 It was ALWAYS MARRISA for Ryan. Same for Seth and Summer. That is why they all were on and off again. I was talking mostly about personality, not race. @@dnied9957 I hear ya. I respect your opinion as well. I don’t know if we can say most fans were glued to RM and SS. I used to moderate a forum for The OC back in the day and there were a variety of fan opinions. Most fans loved SS. Many fans loved RM, but many fans also shipped RT instead. Among friends I knew from college who watched the show, none of them liked RM. Then there’s me. My personal opinion? I wanted Ryan and Anna to date. I’m a Ryan/Anna shipper. And for fan fiction, I’m a Ryan/Summer shipper. I love the tragic beauty of RM, and I like Marissa as an individual unlike some of my peers, but they weren’t good for each other. Out of the girls Ryan actually dated on the show, I thought he meshed best with Lindsay and Theresa. (Lindsay brought out the adorable nerd in him and that felt like such a natural progression of his character given that he was always smart and his childhood dream was to be an architect). But when one of the main triangles is dead, then there is a void that must be filled. Maybe Lindsey fit Ryan the best. Her being in the Family though ,does complicate things. I enjoyed that script. "How does it feel to have dean Hess' sloppy seconds?" hahahaha!
LOL i can sooo imagine Tay singing part of your world and telling Ryan that he is her Eric
Taylor and Summer are so pretty.
Taylor and "mail-courier-sir" PURE CLASSIC!
It took 14 episodes of Taylor and ryan having scenes together for someone to mention dean hess.
LMFAO. ohh how i love taylor and the OC. greatest teen drama ever period.

its crazy to me Rachel doesn't remember ANY of this lol so weird
What do you mean ??
do you have the rest of the episode pliz ?
seth's comment about 'sloppy seconds' was really rude, i feel like im the only one who doesn't like seth, he's a problem starter just like marissa

Seth & Dan Humphrey really aren’t that different
why does ryan and everyone here seem to have forgotten that ryan loves marissa?
not anymore...marissa was a horrible character..
Taylor Gagnon She was complicated, mess but she fits with the show because it’s a drama. Taylor is so annoying, can’t stand her!!!
And also she had very good moments with Ryan, but writers make people hate her in season 3 ( my opinion ) with the johny thing and volchock
