She changed it "herself", in an interview Yuzhong said that Reina was her past name but as she grew up she decided to change to Lenna. Remember that she was basically a slave and did some dark things before meeting 45 so is not a surprise that she wants a "new start"
4 star characters are mostly useless. in your favorite game of all time, which we called genshin - not fontein 4 starts are useless without e6 e6= 1.5 5 star if you not lucky
Nikke is pretty similar too. Every new character is an SSR (5 stars if you will). Nikke literally doesnt add in R(3 star) and adds maybe 1 event SR(4 star) a year(the game is barely over a year old to be fair). IMO, i kinda prefer more high rarity characters. Lesser star/rare characters just end up diluting your gacha pool.
