- In today's video, Alec (my brother-in-law) gets in the saddle to take down a large broken limb over the power lines at his new house! He had quite the experience! Thanks for watching #treework #dangerousjobs #chainsaw

Oh, wow, I feel so much better knowing there are other developer-arborists in the world! Might not make me less crazy, but it makes me less unicorn-y 🤣
@@kennethsizer6217 you guys might still be unicorns! But that’s not always a bad thing!
+1 climbing code generator here :)
Good job Alec!
Helmet but no saw trousers is mad
@@sanjay0196 you climb with chainsaw rated pants in 95 degree weather? Not a chance 😂
@@SidonianTree you’ve got to way up the factors really you might be a bit hotter but if you hit an artery with the saw you’ll be dead in under a minute
@@sanjay0196 I do appreciate your concern brother but we do weigh the risk and take it seriously. I almost blacked out in a tree last year wearing Class A climbing pants and it was 95+ degrees. Descended just in time to see the stars. Good looking out but if it’s 80+ degrees I’m not climbing in chainsaw pants, nor forcing it on others. I do understand the risk as far as arterial wounds, I saw men die in Afghanistan from them. Take care my friend, God bless
New climber on deck! Woohoo!
The funny thing is he already told me he plans to quote a job this week for someone who asked... climbers multiply themselves :) it's hard to stop once you get going. Nothing wrong with a bit of weekend warrior action. Lol
@@SidonianTree yeah the chemicals start flowing in the blood stream and there's no turning back
