Oh dude. That looks really awesome. A true boxset. With all the sets you own my bet is that this one has to rank in your top 5. The presentation is amazing.
I was 14 when this album came out (on vinyl, of course). Totally blew me away, couldn't stop listening to it. Looking forward to checking out this box set.
Thanks for a great review of one of the best rockers and albums of all time in my opinion....i was 15 when Born to Run was released.....from than on i was a big Bruce fan...have seen him a lot of times when he performed in the Netherlands...and he never disappointed me...can't wait to hear his new album...and Brendon keep on making great video's...
I’ve seen him 3 times, including twice when he did his 10 night stand at The Garden in NYC in 2000. I’m also looking forward to his new album Letter To You. The two new singles are really good especially the song Ghosts.
Hi Brendon, always a pleasure to watch your reviews. Yeah... Springsteen; saw him four-times live... great memories. As he playes "Jungleand" on the Rising-Tour in 2002 i got tears in my eyes; what an emotional opus. The River wasn't my favorite album, but it is a great album, no question. In my opinion a few fillers on the double album but on the other side a few of his best songs on it. I always loved "Point Blank", "Drive All Night", "Stolen Car", "Wreck On The Highway", the title track... heartbreaking ballads. It's good to hear the songs, from the "Ties-Sessions", similar to "The Promise" from the "Darkness-Box", so many great stuff. Also the "Tracks-Box"... amazing, how many great songs Springsteen didn't included on his official releases; most of these songs are worth to listen. Greetings from germany; be as you are and take care :-)
I’ve seen him 3 times. Twice on their reunion tour just prior to The Rising album when they played a 10 night stand at Madison Square Garden and filmed it for the HBO concert and album. I also saw him when he toured for the album Magic. I can’t wait for his new album Letter To You.
I did a review on this too! You know, it's in my country's language, because I want to grow Bruce's fanbase. I also bought Sgt. Pepper deluxe, so I reviewed them both.
Thanks, Brendan. Great video. I've been debating getting a used copy of this recently. So far I've gotten a 2 CD bootleg with a bunch of the tracks and a bunch are on Tracks, which I have, so still debating. Nice to see it all. Thanks. The DVDs and outtakes are definitely of interest.
I highly recommend it if nothing else to get it all collected in one place. I love being able to put the outtakes disc in and listen to the whole thing as a complete album. For me it’s so good I think he should consider releasing it as a standalone album. It’s on regular rotation for me.
@@BrendonSnyder 4 extra tracks, and usually runs more than $80. Ugh. I just listened on YT to the bonus tracks and WOW! So I'm probably gonna bite the bullet.
Clear, concise, and to the POINT. 👍🏼👌🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Columbia should just scrap their “trailer” for it, and make yours the OFFICIAL one! 🤔 Much appreciated, brother! 😎 (And, yes, I’m going through the remainder of your output and subscribing! BTW, what kind of a DICK would give THIS clip a “thumbs down?” 🙄)

Yes this one is one of my personal favorites. I’ve gone back and listened to this one so many times in the last 5 years.

Amazing box, this hardcover book looks great. Springsteen delivers quality music to date.
This one along with Darkness On The Edge Of Town boxset that includes The Promise double album of outtakes are two of the best boxsets in my opinion.

I love going back through old music magazines, it’s a bit like a time capsule.
Thanks for this excellent artist. My favorite song is "Blinded by the light " an awesome tune. Best wishes.
I don’t know what song is my favorite but I really like Cover Me from Born In The USA and Radio Nowhere from Magic.

That’s great to hear you’re trying to help grow his fan base in your country. Keep up the support.

Looking at it again now online, lol.
Also looking at the deluxe version of TP's Highway Companion.
Yeah that’s one I don’t have and I keep meaning to pick up as well.

I just look at you.
And I really like you.
BRUUUUUCCCEE
Shame it hasn't been released on vinyl
Yeah always a mystery as to why some are released only on one format or another but not both.
