I'm now 60 y/o and grew up with this music back in the day. SO Many wonderful memories!! Soulful and loved moving and dancing to it! Russell Thompkins and his Falsetto voice was undeniably the BEST!! Shame they don't make music like this anymore!

These song remind me of how it was so easy than being a little kid being safe.
I agree Elouise, and I was an adult of 30 in 1974. I listen to their music now and feel the nostalgia. Although, 30 life was new and exciting their music just emphasized that. There truly was an innocence that is lost, especially to the younger generation - frankly I pity them that they cannot experience what we did! MY WORD FOR ALL THIS IS: GRATITUDE!!

I was in grade school, my parents were serious music people. The Stylistics was one of my Dad's favorite groups, he passed away on Christmas 2019 and I ran across this medley of songs, dropping a few tears but really reminiscing on my beautiful childhood and thanking God for the love of my Dad and the good times with this music always playing in the background. Life was beautiful.

,My dad used to play these songs on his eight track during the sixties. He was in the U.S.Air Force at the time & we were stationed in Berlin, Germany. My dad passed away last year at 90 years. We had many happy memories in Berlin 💕
I'm sorry, Alva but these songs were not recorded until the early 70's! God bless your Dad. He obviously knew how to touch your heart with sound. Only real men could listen to this, understand it and pass on the gift as an everlasting memory.
