Personally, I believe this is not closer to moustache. It's more closer to tuxedo. I have all the three. Moustache is sweeter and less spice. Turathi is more spicy and it leans towards to tuxedo way more than Moustache. All three are amazing fragrances. I did buy 2 of the Turathi Brown though, since it's way cheaper than moustache and especially way cheaper than tuxedo. It's an amazing fragrance hands down. Don't overspray it, it has beast performance. 1-3 sprays are enough. Longetivity is more than 8 hours. Amazing fragrance, truly.
I got Turathi Brown a few months ago and it smells amazing. Different enough from Tuxedo that I can say it's inspired by, instead of an outright clone. I've never smelled Moustache so I can't comment on the comparison to it. The only thing that I don't like about it is the bottle shape. It's got a really, really heavy cap and it's more narrow at the base, so it can be easily knocked over. I leave mine resting in its box to avoid it falling over and breaking.
Phew..I had the Moustache added into the cart since last two days. Was bit sceptical to buy because of the price. This video is on time! Saved €40 bucks straight away! :)
Lol it’s still great! Chaos pretty much always pits the newer one against the older banger and the newer one always wins in these reviews lol. You should still get Moustache edp if you like the Tuxedo DNA. The only drawback I can say is I wish the performance was better. With that said it’s still a banger imo
Hi Dallas! I own both Turathi Brown and Moustache Eau De Parfum. I gotta say, I personally like the Turathi more, maybe because it's a bit more warm and sweeter than the Rochas?
Got Turathi Brown and Blue yesterday... definitely get the Tux / Moustache feel from Turathi Brown, clone accuracy aside I actually prefer Turathi Brown to Moustache. Turathi Blue is also great, not a BDC clone at all but a great blue fragrance and performance of both is Stella!
I own Turathi brown and the only downside is the opening , for me it’s not good but after 15 minutes it becomes so addictive. That’s why i spray before i reach my distance in 20 minutes
Hello Dallas, how are you? Great job as usual! I have been watching you for 4 years now and you never disappoint. Afnan Turathi Brown sounds good, I have Afnan Turathi blue and I dig it. Thank you and stay safe brother
I so appreciate what you do my friend! I have about three fragrance channels I watch and yours and your opinion is one of the most important to me. I have 16 or 17 fragrances now within the last six months all blind buys but researched by other peoples opinions and what I know that I like. Your review style and honesty has made my blind buying incredibly successful. I’m going to get this one and then the 9 AM dive and then start on my red fragrances
This afnan sounds interesting but i was actually lucky enough to grab moustache edp in the mid $30’s last year and grab a backup once i confirmed the seller was legit. This scent profile does set you apart.
You should do a list on fragrances that need a flanker. Be it one that doesn't have one or needs a good one. I would love an EDP of The Dreamer by Versace
In Germany Moustache 75ml 40€ and 125ml 70€ the Turathi Brown 90ml also 40€ for me the Moustache is the better scent Overall. I have both of them and i would always pick Moustache
I bought in Germany YSL Tuxedo 125 ml for 295€ last month and Rochas Mustache 125ml two weeks ago for 40,50€ 👌 So mustache ist pretty cheap (you get it at notino for example) Performance is weaker that tuxedo but still decent
@@Avarage.Joe-David Notino? Ohh god. I'm from Hungary. I would never buy Notino EVER. They sell fakes. My Turathi Blue was fake as well among with many designers like spicebomb, stronger with you absolutely, le male le parfum, etc. Only Douglas and Marionnaud sells the real deal. For clones, I use a different website and finally got a REAL Turathi Blue. Fuck Notino. I got my money back from them at least. I threatened them of course, if I don't, we go to court.
I have Blue and Purple, I actually never got around to learning about Turathi Brown but now it feels like I should have picked it up. I have Maison Alhambra Kismet, how do you feel that one stacks up in these three?
@@Pasta_fries I quite like it, and I'd say it's unisex but leans a little feminine. If it's meant to be a clone of something, I couldn't tell you what. It is very, very sweet and warm with a fruity touch to it. It's a room filler too, so definitely a cold weather fragrance. I got it mainly because of how great Turathi Blue was, so it was a total blind buy. Afnan lists it as a women's fragrance, but I disagree and think this is down the line unisex.
@@DannyBellTheAuthor haha I see, seems like you have quite a decent collection then 😂,I don't know a lot of perfumes with the fruity warm notes except the apple ones..
Moustache is a Pink pepper bomb. I get ZERO vanilla. No idea why people say it. Mine has none at all. Blind bought Moustache. Was a semi disappointment. It's entirely pepper and patchouli. I smell No vanilla at all. And it's opening can be harsh and no sweetness at all. It's all harsh pink pepper in my bottle. To its credit it's the best actual bottle in the game. I want to get a decant of YSL because i can't believe the hype if it really is close to my Moustache scent. I wonder if i can tell the differences.
Greetings from Ireland Dallas. Ta for the lead... bought that within 30 seconds .... a bargain and you haven't steered me wrong yet. Excellent channel, imo the best reviewer of fragrance.. and I'm an addict and know the difference 😀
In my country (Czech Republic), 75ml Rochas Moustache EDP is almost twice as expensive as 90ml Afnan Turathi Brown and 125ml Rochas is almost three times as expensive. And hard to find (Rochas).
I love the DNA of tuxedo YSL, I got Turathi brown and Moustache Edp, but my latest discovery 💡 is also gorgeous Lattafa Maison Alhambra Kismet for men ❤🔥🔥🔥💡💡💡💡🧲🧲🧲🧲
Im lairing Turathi Brown with Kismet.. thats the clost that i get to Tuxedo. Kismet is mote patchuli forward and less vanille, bit longevity isnt that good.. so this two together, its win combination..
I had Rochas Moustache - took it and try it. Unfortunately, the dry-down is overwhelmingly rosy/benzoin sweet, Definitely could be unisex because of that sweetness - poor projection on the skin, and longevity on skin or clothes is good - about 6-7h. The problem with the skin scents is that you apply a lot to have a projection, but only ends up overwhelming your nose. Returned the perfume to notino. I have Toy Boy which is also rosy and peppery - just is not overwhelmingly sweet. (it is more clean+fresh) I'm sad that big fashion corp. sell you only expensive stuff on the shelves, the cheap ones stay only for online purchase, it is just not my fragrance. Maybe you will like Rochas Moustache if you're 30+ and have a tie and suit, an expensive lifestyle, and you're a serious stable person - will give you this vibe of a very serious person.

😂 No, they're both clones of YSL Tuxedo. I don't think Turathi Brown is closer to Tuxedo than Moustache, however personally I prefer Turathi Brown and it performs really well!
I bought Kismet by Maison Alhambra and apparently that's closer to Tuxedo than Turathi Brown based on reviews and comments. I passed on Rochas cause I keep seeing reformulation comments, being out of stock or the price being jacked up. I haven't tested it though but I got mine around $20.
Currently wearing Kismet on one arm Tuxedo on the other. It’s crazy that my Tuxedo decant cost more than my full size Kismet. Different but definitely ultra close to my nose. A Honda Accord and a Porsche both have engines, 4 tires, rear view mirrors.. etc….. They both will get you from A to B…..HOWEVER they’re not the same. A Porsche may be overpriced and a Honda undervalued. Even so there still are differences, some of which you may not even care about.

Turathi Brown is oke. Not the same level as Moustache. It's also not that close. I love Turathi Blu. That one is a real banger for spring/summer.
How would you compare it to Mercedes Benz Club Back? Sounds similar according to the notes

I also feel Moustache EDP is way overrrated. It's nice, but more on the floral side than vanilla side. So many better ones I reach for than this.

Lataffa Kismet a killer clone of Tuxedo. IMO better than Moustache, and only $20-35
