Idk why these commenters are so angry, i listen to this often while laying staring at the ceiling with the lights off. Not sleeping but resting. I like alan watts a lot, i often listen to him while heading to bed and the music helps with relaxation, pure quiet drives me insane and leads me to overthink keeping me awake. Because all i have to think about are thoughts. Anyways great video i come here often to re-listen and relax, thank you. The calm lofi is perfect, or just rain in the forest would be great. Just ambience with alan watts like im sitting in the woods with my eeys closed listening to watts on the radio.
Not for sleep nor does it need that music in the background. It would be better without background music especially that music. Thank you for sharing keep on keeping on.
Close your eyes, take a minimum of six slow deep breaths, and begin focusing on relaxing every inch of your body. - Start by focusing on your toes and wiggle and relax your toes - Relax your feet, rotate your ankles and relax your feet - Work up to your calves, Relax your muscles - Continue working your way up your body, one body part at a time Within minutes as you work your way up to your head continue to take deep breaths. You will begin to feel relaxed as if you were floating. Your body and brain will be massaged into a deep sleep.
