It was interesting to see how tofu is made.
Tofu is not common here because the country I live in is actually a dairy country with around 800,000 dairy cows. You won't get soybeans here either.
And I envied you again because of the wonderfully green surroundings.
It's uncomfortable here again with rain and storms (light = 80 kmh) - no possibility of doing anything in the garden.

You used boiled leafs in water to coagulate soymilk. What is the name of leafs? Ussualy in Indonesia, we quite often using acetic acid or Ca PO4 or Glucono delta lactone or " Nagari " ( alkaline salt)... Tofu texture depended on the coagulants. BTW fresh soymilk residu after filtering milk, could be made fermented product named " oncom " using Monilia starter or " tempe gembus " using Rhizopus oryzae starter... Those starters belonging to adible molds.
