Usually it counted as rude if you telling it when the vtubers is talking about something and you being a messenger-bird, or even comparing to other vtubers. if they dont had topic to talk in stream, just like a moment like this (which is usually rare) you can give it, but must related to them as well... its quite complicated, if they find your comment is rude, they wont picked up your comments, or react about it and tellin you its rude (just like one in Iofi stream when she was talking about something, someone in chat talk about other vtubers and she's telling it that its rude). so, just read the situation I think?
