    If you don't want to make your own disk, buy one. I bought mine off of Amazon for not very expensive.

      I just bought a starter kit with a wheel, bracelet making manual and a bunch of string for like $7 at Michaels

      sure, you can add a clasp, for example or maybe a leather cord closure

    How much did you meausure each string? 1,050 cm or 150 cm?

      if you dont have enough string 50 cm is enough, her's is too long you can see she still have a leftover string at the end after finishing the bracelet

    is that length really necessary to start? you always seem to have so much left over at the end.

      I always cut a longer amount, just to be safe that I have enough, since the lenght depends on the size.

      @@CurlyMade I get it, better safe than sorry. Do you use the scraps for anything or just toss them? Sometimes if one side is longer I use it for the closure but I've gotten pretty good at keeping it even

    Why I panic over not understanding how to do this I don’t know..
    There is eight strands but it looks like way more when you are separating them into the slits

      What expensive stuff? It's only cord, cardboard, and a wooden bead that you can replace with a button for example.
