Funny thing is I was thinking of starting a pizza truck myself and somebody had told me it probably wouldn't be a good idea but then I see your videos and I know it's possible like I always have before. The part about being your own boss and having enough to live a nice life resonates massively with me.
I'm planning to start a pizza food(trailer) next to my 32 hour desk job. And from there, who knows. A proper food truck would be too expensive at the moment.
The pizza's I can get in my neighborhood are terrible, but I hope there is a market here for good pizza's. Meanwhile I keep practicing. My last pizza party was quite a success. I'm working from a small Ooni Fyra 12 at the moment.
One mate actually said "this would be great on a food truck festival". And he didn't even know anything about my plans.
Legend! That is a lot of money for only 1-3 days of selling pizzas per week! I know you gotta do all the prep/cleaning so it's a lot of work. But I'm envious of it. I see a lot of Pizza vans grinding so hard, open 5-6 days a week, have to do nights as pizza sells better for dinner where I am. Your pizzas fly out during a lunch only which is just insane! I love making pizza and I'd love to do this but I doubt I'd be able to ever work so little days to make close to what you do!

Amazing insight into something that was a hobby and now a successful business! Now you’ve gone into how much you make, but what about the offset of what your bills are for any given month? Like hidden costs too… fuel for the van, gas for the ovens, monthly bags of flour, cost of ingredients monthly, until you get solar panels how much does it cost to charge the batteries in the van?
Also, can you do a video on what’s involved in the clean up of your van after a service?
I love seeing every aspect of what you do mate, it all an inspiration!

You know one thing which stands out to me about this vid?
Its the part where you talk about enjoyment and how you wouldn’t enjoy it if you had to do it for several days at a time. It kinda shows that for most people perhaps they would find more enjoyment in their everyday job, had they been able to work less and still be paid the same wages.
I genuinely believe the 5 day work week is a bad idea.
It's such a cool rig. You're livin' the dream. My first car was a late 60s, Ford Mustang. They were simple machines that owners could maintain themselves with just basic understanding of the system.

I have had his pitza and I have to say, it is one of the best I’ve had, he was doing it out the back of a garden pub, I’d seen it a few times & never tried it. Depth in the sauce and the base is just spot on.. if you see him & you like pizza, defo try it.

Man love your videos, while I have my own business in architecture, you made me want to ditch everything and get a van for pizza. Actually had a contractor on a building site who wanted to open up a restaurant with me cause we both love making neapolitan pizza haha. But it is scary to start up something like this especially in France with all the complications and huge taxes on everything. Great job anyways man, keep going, your pizzas looks absolutely delish and what a velue man.
