Is there something really good about pips that we don't know? Are u just using it cause you have a 528? Or have you just gotten insanely unlucky with tome drops?
And if you do want to go with a passive stat stick... would pips, chromatic essence, or icon be the best?
i like pip more for big pulls after target cap nerf it has 10+mins proc rate in dungeons and passive stat but if i drop 528 Tome i would use it ofc
how are all your spells fel green is that a glyph or something?
It is warlock quest reward you can buy Sealed Tome of the Lost Legion from auction house or drop it to start questline
