I love Japanese barber, they're doing their job nicely by taking their time even in the small details. Here in tunisia they just want to serve as much client as they can, no matter how the result can be or how no confident the client feel after a couple of cuts.
Might be a result over the local economy or your cultures opinion on hair!

It’s always nice to go to a barber/stylist who knows what you want for a hairstyle. I typically see my regular barber every other haircut or for special events. He knows what I like and always does a great job. The other haircuts I go to a girl I know from work simply because she runs her own Buisness on the side and she goes a good job.
Sounds like a fan or A/C on high blocking out the soothing sounds. I like watching an artist that pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work.

same here I love those japanese style barbers ..... they take their time .... just unlucky for the massages which are really basic and so short ...I wish it was a bit longer
Can anyone tell me what the brush Sunwolf uses to clean Victor's face with after the initial cut? I see all the barbers using the same brush and always wondered what it is.
Sean Mahoney I heard once that some salon/barber brushes are made from camel hair. Not sure if that's true or if soneone was just pulling my leg. I've seen some barbers use a foam, sponge-like pad to brush hair away, but the thought and sound of it is like nails on a chalkboard to me.
Also, why do some barbers powder their brushes beforehand?
Its made from horse hair. Its called a neck duster

Thank you for an awesome upload! I had the question since the last SunWolf Barber video, but it seems is massage doesn't necessarily feel the best. The shoulder squeeze seems nice, but the hand "wiggling" doesn't seem to be that pleasant. Does it feel good, did you enjoy the massage? Thanks again for an awesome upload!
The hand wiggling is a Tuina massage technique called Gun-fa. I think it's more for circulation and lymphatic stimulation, than for relaxation. ua-cam.com/video/jTSXZNgMQnw/v-deo.html
