Do you have a suggestion for how to track all of the to-do's and ideas that need to be written down so you don't forget them but they are things that aren't urgent for this week? I always have a long list of things to do but pull out what is a priority on any given day or week and write those in my weekly planner. I don't have a good method for tracking all of the "not doing now" items and that's the part that makes me feel very disorganized.

Hi! Our Inbox/Outbox method sounds like a great solution for you! We recently shared a video demonstrating this method, please feel free to check it out, ua-cam.com/video/rE76S83FLFE/v-deo.html .

Definitely check out the GTD method from David Allen. Works in any planner system and focuses on what you are talking about.

@@stephaniebograd3315 Thanks for suggesting this. I think I can probabaly pull out that particular aspect of it to handle the tasks that feel so unorganized right now. I used GTD when I was running a freelance business but got away from it when I took a regular job. I had a hard time keeping up with all of GTD but I know more know about my own style of planning and can modify.
