How to remove HTV mistakes.

I left a tiny piece of HTV on a cursive letter B on a tshirt, so I tired this trick and it worked!! I was worried it would burn the shirt (which my customer provided), so I actually turned the iron off, and waited a few minutes, and then did this trick. Totally worked!! Thank you!!!

This has saved my life. I held my iron on too long on a flannel with initials I was doing for my friend and it melted the letters and looked awful. I spend a whole day picking off the letters by hand and with tweezers and still could not get the melted residue but this did it! I just took one of my Cricut tools and scraped it off.

I tried this on a white t-shirt. I was amazed at how well it worked. My only problem was that the adhesive left a yellowish stain because of the heat so work quickly. I didn't have to stretch the fabric tightly over the iron, I think that is why the adhesive stained. Great tip!

Thanks so much! I was able to get the regular HTV letters off by just reheating, but it was a challenge to get the glitter letter off... this worked like a charm! I actually used a travel iron so I was able to hone in on the area.. Thanks again!

There are few products on the market such as VLR that can remove the residue.

This is AWESOME! It works perfectly! I had a tiny piece on a T-rex that I did not notice didn't get weeded until AFTER I pressed it. This worked PERFECTLY to get that one little piece from inside Rex's mouth. Thank you so much for sharing. Saved me from having to start from scratch!

The print of my T-Shirt is peeling off with every wash. And it's just horrible. It often sticks to the the other part of print. I've been thinking to get rid of it but it was a really comfortable T-Shirt to wear. I am searching for a trick to get rid of those prints. This might actually solve it. Hopefully it works wonderfully on mine too.

Exactly the same thing which crept my mind.. that won't the highest iron setting burn the fabric 🤔

If we use the heat gun or hair dryer over the vinyl using periodically and use tweezers, it will do the same job. Good video though, nice effort.

It would be better to simply throw away the burp cloth and t-shirt since they are not expensive. Not worth the time.

Sometimes the item is not "cheap", or you have made a only a small mistake where it does not make sense to throw away the entire item. I appreciate any effort to reuse items.
