A lot of things these bikies say I have to agree with. Being a bike rider myself (sports bike). With this host I have noticed one thing, every time a bikie brings up a decent point the second she wifs it. She cuts them off and asks another questions. But every time a officer brings something up she allows that officer to speak until they finish and does not ask another question. A lot of these guys should not associate with each other but our rights are our rights. These laws mean nothing. What are the government? They are a gang of people with a press (just like every MC) that are very heavily armed and can do a lot of damage. They see other gangs as threats and shut them down before they are big enough to cause any damage to them. Just a insight. I am not a bikie, I do not agree with any outlaw bikies.

The truth of the matter is, these guys aren't going to come on national TV and tell the truth of what they do to make a living.If you're a outlaw mc club, you're directly involved in crime. If they say, they have normal jobs, that's probably true, but that's just to cover their asses to show everyone they lead normal lives. what i gathered as an American watching this and listening is that they have made some laws that are anti-mc. and it sounds like to me that they (lawmakers in australia) have allowed it to be vague and open ended, and subject to the opinion of the arresting authority not the actual law! so now you could have some prosecutor use his own biased opinion to put someone behind bars whether they really deserved to be there or not simply for associating with an MC or just being a member, prospect, or associate! hell you could be someones old lady never done a crime in your life, and go to jail just because your old man is a biker and goes out and j-walks! it sounds like the laws are open ended and subject to too much individual interpretation, not actual law!

How can she give them a fair interview when the interviewer is against the bikers. But in saying that the bikers on the panel sound pretty dumb. They should have more intelligent people to represent them.
Speaking about violence on the part of biker clubs versus law enforcement, there are two major differences between the two that are not addressed here. Government claims a monopoly on violence, and as such, also claims to have the moral authority to commit it, which of course they don't. Another difference is this. When a thug of any sort engages in violence, there is a point at which they will stop. Either because the resistance is so great that they deem it not worth the effort, or that they have achieved satisfaction.
Law enforcement does not stop it's initiation of violent aggression for either of these reasons. They will always escalate the situation, without regard for the danger they put anyone else in, in order to satisfy the state. No matter the level of resistance, law enforcement will always pursue their target to the last possible recourse, even if their target has long evaded them, and even if they are pursuing a non violent crime.
When the government is the criminal, and it ALWAYS is, then those that government calls criminals will have NO recourse to the law.

One of my dads mates was riding oe of his new Harley motorcycles that he just bought and some of the bikies were following him down the road. So when he got home he parked he's motorcycle out the front porch and later that night the bikies knocked On the door and said "nice bike I am going to steal it or serious consequences will happen to you" right in front of his wife and his kids. And off the bikies went with his brand new bike. That's called stealing and threatening. I don't mind bikie gangs, but the people on criminal records I don't like, but seriously guys it's not right to go out and steal from others and do whatever because your in a bikie gang and your big and you have tattoos but that doesn't mean you have to take it out on others!! this was the only way cops could prove there is criminal going on was to bring in these laws. I believe these laws encroach on the most basic of human rights the government should not get to tell us who we can and cannot associate with, it's a very slippery slope how long until the cops use these laws on the rest of societe. I think the American reco system would have been much better, prove a conspiracy and the whole gang gets locked up. I also believe these laws make for lazy policing which is why I think they brought in these laws in the place first because the cops couldn't prove they where criminals. I Know that I would feel safer being able to see who is who.

These sad excuses for men were likely made to feel inferior when they were younger or touched inappropriately by an elder or just emotionally neglected by their parents. I feel that the response from the clubs/authority involved is very open & holds no substance. I noticed that it was claimed the Hells Angles were a situation. but then the only clubs you had represented were of other clubs not affiliated. I feel that the origin of criminal correction is justified but why do all clubs need to adhere to the claims of the authorities making all clubs responsible for these claims. legal responses have claimed bikes are outlaw.this is a personal opinion of some authority claims. who is to say, apart from a court of law that the police have the authority to make claims that they feel is not socially acceptable ?????????????????
I really feel for the Mum who lost her son however her sons are no angels (no pun intended). I also feel for the sister who lost her brother. You can see the pain etched all over her face. May god give her strength. In regards to the mother who lost her son.. she raised two sons who turned out to be members of OMCGs. Surely some questions need to be raised around the way she raised her sons. Still though, no parent deserves to bury their child. I guess to summarise; you live by the sword, you inevitably die by the sword. Anyone who dies a violent death eg shooting, stabbing etc generally speaking didn’t live their life as a saint. And the man who killed the lady’s son (Mick Hawi) ended up being shot dead himself in a gym car park. Unfortunately it’s a never ending tit for tat cycle of violence. I hope no one innocent ever gets caught up in the crossfire.
