I guess the first Sargeras uses the same portal since it's technically the same Sargeras that got resuscitated, while the other one is **another** Sargeras.
It would have been interesting to see what happens had you player the one who went back to your hand a second time. I guess it would have spawned a third portal?

Sargeras has a battlecry of summoning a portal; and I'm pretty sure that his abilities affect the latest portal created, no matter if he is "the same one" or not.

I think wheel of death is not so bad as it looked. This deck is not refined to use it, but with proper deckbuilding and some new cards, it could actually become quite the menace... You only need 4 turns counting the one you play it surviving, so its just 1+2+3+4, which you can mitigate with only 1 harp, or symphony. There are cards that draw shadow spells, there are discounts, and coins. Plus, lock has table flip, nether, sargeras, reno, it is very easy to do 2 or 3 board clears once you wheeled...

I played a lot of Whizbang this morning and found the Warlock Shrunken Deck to be the most powerful of the bunch. If you don't have any hard removal for an early Fanotum you can really fall behind hard.
