Hey again. I did buy the magpul stock for my ar-10. I have a question. When you installed your sling socket into the space close to the receiver, did it completely mount flush? I pounded the hell out of mine and could not get it mounted flush to the stock. Did you have this problem? If so how did you remedy this? Thanks in advance for any insights.
By the way, your video on sighting in the ACOG really helped me out last winter. I purchased the TA-11E with red chevron and mounted it with a Larue mount and really like the setup.
You're video is very CLEAR to what I need for each stock. I am still deciding. But I am replacing carbine stock. Looking for the new GRAY COLOR.... looks dope with BLACK. ALL BLACK RIFLES MATTER
Great review. I have an Armalite AR10 rifle that I want to upgrade. This may just fill the bill. I thought about an adjustable but don't want to break the bank. Thanks again for showing me this option.
Not sure what brand DCM is or what it stands for. But, this stock will fit any .223/5.56 caliber AR15 rifle with a rifle length stock tube. Does not work on the collapsible stock tube.
10 years later and this is still relevant, at least for this guy, Thanks
Thank you for the video. Best video explaining and showing everything about this stock. Answered all my questions!
I like the MOE, I have the MOE carbine fixed stock, but I really wish they went with the A1 length instead of the A2, for the rifle version.
Same especially since it has spacers itd be nice to start shorter

Super informative. All the info I was looking for on this stock and no BS. Subscribed.
Fantastic video. Info answered all my questions and more . Thank you.
Thanks for the vid. You addressed all the points I was curious about. Very thorough and informative.
He-he-he ... you said "butt pad."
EXACTLY the video I was looking for
Thank you Sir. Great video... been eye balling one of these vs an A2.
Thanks for the info! Defiantly looking into this stock for a future build.
Thanks, I'm looking forward to checking it out on the range. I also added Magpul handguards, all in O.D. green and it looks great.

John Doe Please don't quote him. People in the ACTUAL gun community do not value his opinion. He is an idiot.
animalmother556x45 lmao
Spare gun parts ON the hun is about the best place for them to be. Magpul bolt and pin core for the pistol grips is very hand.
Disagree. My 20" is my travel gun it has a cleaning kit stored. Everything in one package and the small increase in weight isnt much
Will a standard USGI cleaning kit, with segmented cleaning rod, fit into the storage compartment of the MOE stock?
W the triangle stock bag yes but not w the velcro and snap w alice clip pouch

Excellent info. Answered all my questions.
Do you know if there are any aftermarket ruber buttplate for the A2 stock?
Thanks for making this, very helpful
Excellent. I thought I did not need the extension, now I know for sure. Thank You.
Thanks. Planning on using this stock on my next build.

5 years ago and no answer. Are you dead?
Extremely good info. Thank you.
Great video. So much good info. Thanks
Awesome video
Best brand for the buffer tube kit?
Will the m-16 buttstock cleaning kit fit in the magpul stock?
yes it will
The door mechanism seems a little cheap, like it might open by accident or not close if used a lot.
I thought it looked janky also
holes at the bottom ?
Anyone who has had this for a while can comment on how it has held up? Any rattle at all?
Excellent review!!
do i need to use that screw or can i use the scre from the a2
You must use the included screw.
IF AN ADJUSTABLE stock wiggles and slides a little back forth won't that bother accuracy
If it isn't a precision rifle, probably won't notice it
@@Kevin-fj5oe I also have a 700 they throw away the factory stocks the adjustable junk is a million times worse
will this fit a bcm lower that comes with the recover extension?
No it will not be flush in the front, but it works fine.
Will this work for my Diamondback DB 15?
matt mcmahan yes. I have it on mine
Sweet thanks
matt mcmahan you do need a new spring, buffer and buffer tube
Only considering this because can't find a complete colt a2 assembly :(
Can this stock be used on a DCM rifle?
Not sure what brand DCM is or what it stands for. But, this stock will fit any .223/5.56 caliber AR15 rifle with a rifle length stock tube. Does not work on the collapsible stock tube.
Think I'll keep my standard A2 stock.
Great Review
