  • The iconic Waverley has celebrated its 75th-anniversary sailing to Arrochar by repeating its maiden voyage.
The word’s last sea-going paddle steamer, left Greenock on Thursday.
Built along the Clyde, the ship completed its first voyage on June 16, 1947, cruising up Loch Long and Loch Goil to Arrochar.

If I could, I'd gladly give a few of my years to him so he could make it for the 100th.

Back to the days when Scotland could build ships - and launch them.

I wanted a steamboat, girls hate noise, it's a modern boat, which will take 48 hrs to Russia from Mombasa. I returned to Kenya via Russia in 2011. None stop trip. We take one day to Mumbai and connect straight to Russia. girls prefer through seas
