I love your diaper pin collection. I still have a few that I used for my babies in the 70's. Yes I used cloth diapers for all three of my children. I still have a few that I have used on the reborns. I have always been so proud of my diapers because they are still white as snow. Isn't that a riot ? Proud of diapers !!!! I loved doing the laundry and folding the baby clothes and diapers. Thanks for the fun video. xoxoxo
Love them in their terry towelie nappies. Jonty in the blue booties so cute, and Pippa in the pink very soft and sweet. Oh I loved seeing your nappy pins, they are fantastic like stepping back in time, so glad you're able to find them. Ohh the holder was so great, loved it. Oh my the clippy bird very cute. Wow your collection is amazing. Thanks ever so much for sharing. Happy that both the babies are both able to hold their own bunny. Interesting two layer brick house. Look forward to your Easter video.
I'm glad you enjoyed seeing the babies, their Jellycats, and part of my weird and wonderful nappy pin collection. I hope you like my Easter videos as well.
They look so sweet in their cloth nappies, I love using the cloth naps on my babies and now on my dolls. Love your pin collection. Still looking for the pins but as you said the fun is in the hunt and I do a lot of that lol. The rain has set in down here and we are having a lot of floods. But thats winter. Take care x
I love the look of cloth nappies too, they're so cute. My nappy pin collection took a while to create, but I really enjoyed checking each few days to see if there was anything new to collect. Where in Australia are you? I'm in Sydney. Thanks so much for watching. xx
Aww, they look wonderful, in their cloth nappies. Oh, i saw a jellycap, today on Ebay. It was a teddy bear. I thought it was so cute. It was an accessory, that was included with an outfit, for a reborn baby on sale. Here in the states, when my kids were babies, we had blue, pink, white, green, and yellow baby safety diaper pins. Like the vintage diaper pins and pin holder, that you have. Very nice. Thank you, for sharing about your house and the weather. No need to apologize. I like to listen to long videos. Cannot wait to see what you have in store for Easter. Hugs and blessings!!
Thank you for watching and commenting. I'm never sure what I'm going to say in my videos, so I do worry that they might get too long, or too boring. Vintage nappy pins are lovely aren't they? They used to be such a basic part of our babies' lives. I have lovely memories around them. xx
I am like that. When I am doing a video, I never know what to say. LOL!! Yes, the pins are lovely. Although, I have never seen the pin holders that you were showing in your video. Those were pretty cool. Hugs and blessings!!
Ahhh, they looks so adorable in their terry towel nappies, so sweet!!!! Thank you for sharing your diaper pin collection, so fun!!! I had seen the gun ones a while back at an antique shop and thought those must have been uncomfortable, now a days there would be no way, the gun would be a chocking hazard!!! That duck one is huge!!! Love your diaper pin rooster ;-) Have a blessed Easter!!!! Hugs and much love xoxoxo
I so did enjoy them, I know babies back then sure had it a lot harder then children now in some regards but in others I think they had it much better!!!! Happy Easter!!! Loads of love xoxoxo
Yes there might have been a cow skull on the holster. A symbol of the old West and cowboy days. Used commonly in Westerns to set the mood of how hot, dry, and inhospitable the local area can be. These diaper pins were popular when children were watching Hopalong Cassidy, Roy Roger's, Annie Oakly, and other Western Shows made to entertain the younger set. But yes those guns are terrifying due to the possibility of choking. LOL. We Americans are quite proud of our Cowboys. We even have a football team named that. Hugs and blessings to all.
Oh, a nappy pin collection! That's unique...never seen a collection like yours. I remember that my mother used cloth nappies with pins for my lillte brother, born in 1968. I have Cloth nappies too, but they are too big for my babies.
I know my nappy pin collection is very strange, but interesting. I hope you enjoyed seeing part of it. The nappies on the twins are cut down from full sized nappies, so they fit the babies. Thanks for watching, xx
Omg! I didn't realise there were so many different nappy pins and such odd shapes too. Poor babies having to wear holsters and guns on their nappies that must've hurt and been very uncomfortable! You have such wonderful collections of things it truly amazes me and I love seeing them. After having two lovely days here in the 20's we are back to 12 degrees and very cool. My neighbour is having her brick wall rebuilt at last which is good as her garden is open to prying eyes and she's worried about hanging her small out! Lol The babies as always look adorable and I'm glad they've stopped fighting over the jelly cat that I sent them. Love and hugs xoxo
Thank you for your lovely comments. What a relief that your neighbour's smalls will soon be hidden from view! What a scary sight they must've been. Your beautiful Jellycat was in serious danger of being pulled apart in the battle over him. I thought the gun and holster nappy pins were completely weird, and it's hard to imagine them ever being used on a real baby. I'm so glad you enjoy seeing my weird and wonderful collections. Love, xx
Cute, darling babies in their shirts and diapers! Just when I thought you couldn't get any more interesting you bring out a diaper pin collection! How unique!! I can't imagine putting little guns on my baby! Hey, do you have a white fence in front of your house? 😉XXXX💖
Hi Holly, I'm full of nutty surprises! I do have a picket fence in front of my house, it's a cream colour, rather than white, and the supports are painted a dark navy blue. Guns on babies, must be an American idea!!!! Hugs, xx
I had no idea there was such a variety of nappy pins. We have some of those regular old mettle safety pins kicking around the house, the blue, pink and white ones. I have no idea where they are I just stumble across one now and then when I'm digging around looking for something else. I have a suspicion some of them may have been mine when I was a baby, mum doesn't like to throw away anything that she might find another use for. The babies are looking simply beautiful ☺️ xx
Thank you so much, dear Debbie. Next time you come across the nappy pins, put them somewhere handy so you can make use of them. They're lovely things. Nicole uses them to keep all the pieces of an outfit together. I thought that was such a clever idea. Hugs, xx
What an interesting collection! Wow! I've just recently gotten cloth diapers for my babies, but they're the modern kind with the snaps to adjust them and outsides made of waterproof material. I use modern, plastic-headed diaper pins to pin my babies' multi-piece outfits together. :) I enjoyed this little trip back in time. Wow, some of those are so odd! LOL The guns just cracked me up! Very countrified American for you! LOL I can think of some people I know who would probably still really love those. :P I would never want to put anything like that on a real baby, but they might make funny pictures for dolls. :) I love listening to you chat. I always come away feeling I've sat down and had a chat with you, even from all the way across the world.
I love you coming over to my place too, Nicole. The nappy pins with the guns and holsters are so funny. I can't imagine putting them on a real baby, especially when the guns are just loose in the holsters! It's good to know that the modern nappy pins still have a purpose. What a clever way to keep all the separate pieces of an outfit together. Take care, sweet girl, xx
Jonty and Pippa look both so cute. could you bring her closer to the camera next time, I couldn't see the floral on her headband. Jonty could play cops and robbers, lol. Wow, that is nice weather. How high is your temperature in the summer? xx
Thank you so much for your comments, I will try to remember to zoom into details of the babies' outfits from now on. It's a great suggestion. I've just uploaded a video, and didn't do it, but I'll definitely remember next time. Summer on average is around the mid to high 30's, that's Celsius, which is about 90 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. xx
Hi Baby Bunting. Wanted to let you know, that you have been infected with the love bug tag. Please go to my video, watch it, and than pass on the love bug. Enjoy and have fun. Lots of hugs and blessings!!

You were the one who taught me how to fold a diaper! ❤️❤️❤️
That's right. It seems like such a long time ago doesn't it? Actually it was only a few months ago, but time flies on UA-cam. Take care, xx
