Very helpful indeed. I subscribed, looking forward to more BDO content, I just returned to the game after quitting in 2018. Already 1 month in and am super surprised at how many free gifts you get. I don't remember them being this generous before
tbh BDO is "free and easy" because its "trial" until u reach lv60 and play TET Gear Tier... well most of time i afk making flour anyway... lol. i mean abt the generous one.
Given fashion being the end game, it's also possible to gets lots of free dyes by creating a shai character and speed leveling them to 20. Given some of the free truvala armour you get throughtout the game, and a decent main weapon I found I can do this leveling in about 10 minutes of combat at orcs. With auto pathing from the start of the game/character location and to Heidel where the quest is to get the dye it takes a sum total of 30 minutes max to get each dye. The dye will be a somewhat boring colour but by mixing two dyes you get a random new one for free. I quite enjoy the randomness of the colours which makes you think about how to combine them, rather than having all the choices in the world. There's a tutorial for free dye in bdo on youtube to explain this step by step.
As a new player, playing absolutely free to play without money is not hard but it's a hassle. You need more effort than those who have money to spare. Like me who loves grinding, I could grind for 12hrs straight without getting bored but having to stop every 2hrs and go to the nearest town to put the loots and repair your gear is a chore. Example, farming in Manshaum Forest for the MP potion piece, you get voodoo dolls, spirit stones and lemoria blue gear items that doesnt stack so you need to constantly delete them (if you really dont mind losing 900k silver per item). Sometimes you forget about it and when you realized you have been full inventory for the past 30 minutes, you will question your sanity, what if the Full piece dropped but my pet didn't loot it cuz im inventory full? something like that or what if my pet is too slow to loot it because i only have 5x tier 3 pet? I really love the game man... If I have a tent, my life would be probably much easier...
If repairing at the spot you are at is rly annoying, you can consider buying of crafting the temp version of tents anvil (think its like 20mil buy price if im not mistaken and lasts a week?). Tho by now npc´s tend to be rather close by either way. As a new player, that hopefully startet out on season, you should have a rather decent amount of free maids after a like 1-2months which should be more then enough to deal with any type of "rare" drops outside of scrolls id say.
@@SoukenIDK the craftable anvil that u can put in the f2p tent just lasts 24hrs and no one is selling it in CM because it needs a pearl that i only get from doing vell and that is also RNG so far playing 1 month i only got 3, so im saving it for im going farm the navarn steppe mp pot piece, so i can repair on the spot using the rented tanning knife. Yeah i got 5 maids now but without the buff, it only transfer little amount of loot. Also, I can do it with the horse trick the problem is the repair every 2 hrs and the not-stackable items.

The best time to get a pet on CM is when there's a RNG box event. You can usually get a full set of t4 pet in just 1 RNG box event if you regularly check your pre-orders.

If you play long enough they will throw storage/market maids and pets at you for free.
try to get the tent when its on discount - its the only item i recommend getting from the pearlshop
