    Huwag matakot po sa prague salt kasi importante po talaga yan ingredient since namamatay ang bacteria sa meats kaya tumatagal shelf life.

      Yes,po ang ascorbic acid at Vit. C ay iisa para po hindi mag oxidize ang meat (maging pale ang color) ng karne na ginamit.
