So I'm a Canadian, and I haven't had non natural syrup in a looong time. I always have maple, so whenever I see the syrup Americans always have, I wonder how they never have maple syrup.

Step 1: the night before it snows, place a clean, baking tray to catch the snow
Step 2: after the snow, warm some maple syrup in a microwave
Step 3: add the warm syrup to the fresh snow on your tray
Step 4: enjoy a classic Canadian treat that if you hate, I’d be surprised
