I love my 07' for long trips. I could listen to that turbo 24/7. I'd daily drive it but my car gets 45 mpg.

Native Outdoors 2018 Honda Civic EX 1.5 liter turbo. Sold it last year and I’ve been daily driving my F-350 ever since now paying $5/gallon diesel 😂

@@greysonblanchette1367 Sure. Its a 2003 f250 6.0 powerstroke. Its a 2wd, i live in Houston and have no need for a 4wd. It has a Egr Delete and that pretty much it. Like i said i only drive it on the weekends. I work 3 min from home and take a bike to work. The truck has 172k, Maintenance is up to hand even if it isn’t moved. Its a 4 door short bed, it has a level kit. Let me know after seeing this info if you are still interested.

To fix the play in the steering wheel. Get a Redhead steering box. I put one in my 04 6.0 and it has almost less play than my dads 6.7.

Im planning on getting one of these trucks to drive to and from work every day. (I live in Texas and diesel is starting to become really affordable again and ill be starting at 19 an hour.) My reasoning behind getting mine is the one i found is beat up inside and out and is honestly perfect for an A to B daily driver. Will the mileage suck? Yeah probably but its not a cummins, a cummins will always get better fuel economy than any gm or ford because its not a diesel v8, its an inlone 6 cylinder. The one i found has been made bulletproof and has a new ipr system and has a new computer along with other stuff hes done. Hes asking 7500 obo and it has 215k miles. I think i can get it for 5k even amd should i be able to, at that price ive not got much to lose. God forbid but if anything goes terribly wrong which it shouldn't, ill actually just do a cummins and allison swap on it cuz why not? Put a 5.9l 24v cummins in her and just let her fly. I was raised with the belief and addage of fix what you have and make it better if you have to. A swap like that albeit expensive would still be cheaper than just buying a different truck. And if i wver decide to sell it, the swap would actually add value to the truck. So yeah, thats just my opinions and thoughts.

My 6.4 gets like 12-13 mpg daily driving, and it's awesome, I'd drive it more but it's a dually cclb rides awesome and I enjoy it, but she is pricey with today's diesel

With the 7.3L & 6.0L Powerstrokes, anyone can agree that they are more at ease espiecally on Fuel Efficiency than the 5.4L & 6.8L Tritons.I have nothing against the Triton V8 and V10,I had a 2003 5.4L F-350 XLT with over 297,000 Miles and have a 2002 6.8L F-450 with more than 385,000 Miles on it,they are just straight fuel guzzlers like the 460 V8.Both my 2002 5.4L F-150 Lariat and 2003 5.4L F-350 XLT got 8-9 MPG,and it was about 10-11 MPG on the highway, the 6.8L in my 2002 F-450 is the same way.But I love the 2 Valve from 1997-2003.I had a 2005 5.4L F-150 EXT and I didn't like the Timing Chains,Oil Cam Phasers, and Oil Solenoids,it just had more Power. The 1997 7.3L F-350 I had was roughly 13-14 MPG,and some of the 6.0L's I have dealt with in work trucks were the same way, they basically got the same MPG as a 4.6L Triton, and then it was about 16-17 MPG on the highway.

@@ronnyphi7257 I'm in a similar situation, I'm 17 and looking to get a 6.0 and most people are saying that they are unreliable. But what I've learned in researching it is if you take care of it, it will take care of you. Also some people that blow the head gaskets are people that put a hot tune on it without upgrading the head bolts to head studs.
