I wish I had thick hair like this. I got a press and curl yesterday. When I got home my mom asked me "is your hair getting thinner?" I told her that I noticed it felt thinner after getting it done. I'm only 34.

If you sweat in your head not much you can do. BUT I always wrap my hair up when I work out

The plastic won’t hurt your hair if it’s on for 5 min. Sweating at night is a inside issue you need to fix internally
