Toys R’ Us were looking to leverage the latest technology and innovation to develop an amazing in-store experience.
As Easter is not a traditional present-giving holiday, Toys R’ Us had the challenge of getting Australians into 1 of their 34 locations across the country.
The Brief: Big Idea:
Introducing TRU Magic, a new Toys R’ Us platform that engages Aussie kids in a new and exciting way. The first assignment, an Augmented Reality Virtual Easter egg hunt in every Toys R’ Us store across Australia.
Results: Over 15,000 activations
Picked up by multiple media outlets
Provided Toys R’ Us with a valuable asset for future campaigns and customer communications.
