Lucky ladies getting to sit in the sunshine, up here in north east Scotland, it cool, grey and overcast. While listening has helped me bash through the icord border on my Stephen West woolly waffle shawl.
Congratulations on 50 episodes! 🎉 Please, can we have a Colin shawl Rachel, I love the pattern on the socks but not a fan of wearing patterned socks.....reminds me too much of scratchy lace school socks 😂
The blue, green James C Brett sock wool makes up into a series of thin stripes then a series of thicker stripes very pretty I made a pair for my twin sister . They are very good for both girls and boys. Your dad will love them
Think I have watched all 50 episodes, thank you! Helps me when I do the ironing to have something to watch. Tempted to cast on another Simon but need to get some things off my needles and hooks first!

Happy 50th podcast. I really enjoy watching you both and seeing what you are making. It is Winter here in New Zealand and turned cold so it is strange seeing you in the sun. I started watching you with headphones on, and they picked up all the background noises, which made it hard to hear you. I ended up watching the rest on the TV and was able to hear you better. Enjoy the good weather while you have it.
It was so wonderful to see you both outside in the glorious good weather ... It's 5c here at the moment lol ... I really enjoyed seeing what you're both working on ❤ Susannah
Hi ladies, congratulations on your 50th episode, I bought my first lot of yarn smiths sock yarn, thanks for the recommendation. Beautiful work as always. Love the bag and yarn for the gift away. Have a wonderful couple of weeks ❤❤❤
How lovely to sit outside and enjoy summertime. It’s still so cool here in northern bc Canada. Lovely knits and all the new bits and bobs. I too would love to knit a faded shawl. Need to find the yarn though 😅
Congratulations on your 50th episode. I have enjoyed your podcasts and seeing all the projects you have done and the aquisions, it is great to see things that we cannot get here or new yarns that you give a review on. The Ruthie Shawl looks wonderful I would love to test for you but the test would be over by the time I could get the yarn to make it. Here in Isolated Northwest Queensland Australia our snail mail has been very slow (I think someone has stepped on the snail )
That’s such a shame about the yarn taking so long to get to you. Maybe you could order some to join in with the KAL @ruthlovestoknitpodcast is running from August 1st? Take care and thank for watching 🥰
Thanks so much for sharing all your wonderful projects and acquisitions. I’m looking forward to starting the Ruth KAL so I can wear it when we head over to the UK this fall (possibly taking in Unravel).
How fast the weather changes. I'm sat in a cardigan and socks are back on so it was nice to enjoy your syn. I used to watch a podcast and the man (I cannot remember his name) used to shop in Mason's and then went on to run that shake shop. I wonder if he is still there.
