The thumbnail definitely caught my eye, and thank you for the reminder of the refuse workers strike in your write up about the video. You're truly documenting history with your channel.
As a kid I grew up in Earls Court. Our family of 4 shared a single room in the early 1950s. I remember when I was 3 years old going to a big caravan park for a holiday. It's what poor people did in those days before Butlins and Walton camps etc. We had a great time by the beach and by big bonfires at night. I remember it like it was yesterday. Now I'm 70 and have lived in Vietnam for 18 years after living in Australia from the age of 12. I've been to 50 countries and spent 18 years in the army. But I still remember that holiday in Brighton so long ago.
Was nice to see this area of Brighton, I lived there as a kid so it brought back a lot of memories. Brighton is a great place, I'd love to move back there one day.
Love this! I’ve always wanted to go to Brighton. Also I was watching some of your older Christmas videos of last year in London and they were amazing and the shop windows were beautiful. I was born in Tottenham and moved away in the 70’s and we always shopped in the heart of London at Christmas time and you are bringing back so many memories for me. Love all the back streets Thank you x
I like this, it satisfying my traveling heart. I've been in England one time, and i loved it.. whe crossed a bridge, and i notice a man sweeping the bridge, what i loved was that a lot of people greeted him. that says something about the English people.
I moved to Spain last year after 35 years in Brighton, living just around the corner from the station. Always a place in my heart for the city... but wouldn't move back there. Couldn't afford to
Always wanted to see Brighton, thanks WW!! It has lots of character and shopping☺️ sorry about the strike but we get those too❗️ can you find your way around easily? It looks tricky, ha! 🥰
Looking forward to this WW, though you could say the thumbnail is "rubbish"! No reflection on your work at all and I know you will get the joke. Though you may "refuse" to laugh. Ok I'll stop there with the puns! I'm feeling a bit better but taking it easy for now awaiting to hear of further test appointments. I was looking at your two route maps and description. I think from what I can see that you walked "The Lanes" of Brighton, an area I am familiar with. I also know the seafront stretch along the pier & the pier itself, which can be very crowded in summer. One of my most memorable visits to Brighton was 2 or 3 years ago for the London to Brighton Mini Run, where there were around 3500 Mini's along Madiera Drive! I've been back to Brighton since then too. Anyhow, see you at 9pm! Hope all the regulars will be in attendance.
@Falcom Scott Hello there Falcom. How is your workday going there? I'm feeling a bit better today actually but I don't want to draw any conclusions just yet and still not fully recovered. Anyhow your workday is soon over and you will be home. See you in Brighton at 9 pm then.

@Falcom Scott Hi Falcon! Aww I missed you all as well! I’m doing well thank you and hope you are as well. I’m looking forward to hanging out with you guys next premier 😊
Been to Brighton with money (a small fortune) and without money (homeless) and not necessarily in that order. Remember when Brighton had some really interesting, diverse and liberal people back in 2010 (also when their footie team was winning everything even though I am not a fan of Football). Then the plastics and the gentrification showed up and emptied the town out of its life and soul. I went back and the novelty soon wore off after 3 weeks. Perhaps I am just getting old...

Brighton does have an impressive city centre but they do seem to have a litter problem there which is surprising considering they have the only Green Party MP in the country.
