After almost dying in Sea Monsters he went on to create Prehistoric Park, the Portal device being Anomaly Generators. I completely agree with you on the Abby being pregnant theory. The way that whole scene is acted (the reactions, the timing of them etc.) to me is much more suggestive of a pregnancy reveal than a just marriage proposal. Consider also that Connor is so distraught and guilt ridden in that moment that I don't think anything other having an unborn child to fight for could have restored his drive to carry on. I don't understand why people think that it has to be either a marriage proposal OR a pregnancy announcement. It could have been both.
On the Bootstrap theory on the ARC, I also think that the Future Predator was also a Bootstrap design, but here is where it gets interesting: What if the Future Predator never had an evolutionary line? What if the FP was always there, never really evolved despite being declared an evolved species of bats. Like, it exists in this weird anomaly (not the portal anomaly) where its existence was because it travelled to the past, and in some distant future the entire species takes over after passing through the anomaly, they take over the earth and 50 years later, the very first FP we see from S1E6 travels through the anomaly and it’s a never ending loop. It’s a crazy theory but it kinda makes sense if you think about it.
To be fair, in Sarah’s case it was mostly because Laila Rouss (her actress) wasn’t able to accompany the rest of the cast when filming locations changes as she was a single mom and couldn’t both participate in the show and watch over her kid.

Sarah is confirmed to be dead in the Webisodes I believe. It implies she got killed by a future predator whilst on a rescue trip for Danny, Abby and Connor
Thanks for featuring my Big Finish fan art! Briggs mentioned in the Dr Who Dark Eyes bts feature that he enjoyed Ruth Bradley's performance in series 4 & 5 of Primeval, so hopefully there's an appetite for it over there!
This brought back a lot of memories. The lack of resolution regarding Claudia always bugged me, partly as there didn’t seem to be any way for it to make sense within the show’s rules of time travel. I also entered the creature competition and played Primeval Evolved; one consequence was that I felt personally betrayed when, after helping Eve in the game for weeks, it turned out she was Helen all along.
on my god i can remember the haven holidays ads from when primeval first aired, i must have been like 7 or 8 at the time of season one so i totally forgot about them until you brought them up here. and honestly even now my only major gripe with the last season was how it left it on a cliff hanger
holy crap okay this was absolutely brilliant! I was between 7 and 11 when the show was airing and it was my first all consuming adhd fixation (that unsurprisingly hasn't stopped) and I was lowkey shocked at how far into the iceberg I remembered. I have all the books, some of the figures and my plush Rex sits on top of my bookshelf looking traumatised (flex? maybe, but my dad flew my rex drone into the wall immediately after I opened it). I wasn't cool enough to play any of the web games but I remember ripping my ToTaLlY pRiMeVaL magazine up in a fit of small child pre-teen rage and I've never forgiven myself lmao. Speaking of not forgiving myself, my mum found me reading primeval smut on the family computer when I was like 13 and although I'm laughing while typing this I have never wanted to die more than in that moment :)
As a casual Primeval enjoyer? Thank you for bringing it back in my mind. I have answers to questions I was too young and naïve to know I needed to ask. As an adult? I met Andrew Lee Potts one time and now I know he was a bad liar when he said "All good things must come to an end." It was not good. I remember not liking the last 2 seasons. Thank you again for this iceberg and bringing new things to my attention alongside things I had a headcannon about because nobody I ever spoke to in 12 years have ever heard about this show.
I have 3 future predator figures and all the Primeval books, I think they're pretty good. I enjoyed reading them. Last year I introduced a friend to Primeval and we watched season 1 to 4 (I consider season 4 and 5 to be one season since in germany at least they are titled season 4 part 1 and 2) and he really enjoyed it. I also asked him if he wanted to see New World but told him it's its own thing and with the exception of one character crossing over has no connection to the british original and he was like "No, thanks". I really wish Primeval would get revived, especially if Cutter returns, but I'm sadisfied with what we've got. I'm just glad we have season 4 at all since I don't think I would have been ok with season 3 ending with such a collosal cliffhanger.
I am happy with what we got, I wish we got more. I am sad it ended but I am so grateful that it didnt continue at a poor quality or with bad writing. A critic literally rated the show badly saying "The lack of ethnic casting in Primeval is a disgrace" Imagine if they brought it back today and it was ruined by cancel culture and forced plotlines for the sake of diversity etc. Plenty of other series suffered similar fates. At least with Primeval, I can always go back and relive the good times, appreciate what we got.
@@martonmeszaros1187 Idk man, the show was pretty damn representative of what the UK is like, if anything the people were more stylish than average but thats about it, there were multiple ethnic characters in the show, but its a british show for british people about british characters so ofc most of them are gonna be white 🤦 critics are dumb
Just to let you know there was a second expansion for the Primeval RPG, (Companion) it included Victorian and WWII settings. And claimed in the Primeval Universe, Queen Victoria personally investigated Anomalies.
Jesus Christ, I remember those Haven Holidays adverts. I went to Haven every year at Bognor Regis as well. I remember once they had a few promotional posters up for Primeval, I remember seeing some up way past the times the show was cancelled. Still go every now and then with family
God i miss this series. Something i didn't hear you talk about was the downgrade in music for series 4-5. for Series 1-3 i can think of many "iconic" tracks, but i can't remember a single 4-5 one.
- Surprised you didn't mention the Primeval webisodes mentioning Sarah, where her death IS confirmed. - This is unpopular but I actually prefer Series 4 to 3, I honestly found 3 kinda messy and 4 even if it was different and had a new direction felt like it was setting something up... even if Series 5 basically made it all stupid by the end, lol. I do agree with the production issues though lol. - Never really bought the whole Cutter is alive thing, I guess I don't really know how they'd swap clothes and why lol. - I think the episode titles are from overseas releases, which is why they never appeared in English media. - I'm pretty sure they confirmed the pole reversal thing in the Series 5 finale? anyway here's hoping someone like Netflix or Amazon go to Impossible Pictures and ask for new Primeval, I'm sure having a modern TV budget would do wonders for the show
Amazon would likely be the best bet budget wise. Giving it to Netflix would be a crap shoot, cause you could get something like Sense8 or you could get something like Cowboy Bebop/Any of their other anime adaptations. I agree with a statement in this video though, if you want to bring back primeval, you basically need to set it modern day, with a very old Cutter stumbling through, possibly with a group of other time displaced individuals from the within 10 years either direction of when they stumble out. Also, my personal theory on the anomalies, is that they are synchronised by the magnetic poles shifting, but they are initially caused by the earth getting hit by a CME(Coronal Mass Ejection) during one of these pole shifts.
Primeval was one of my favourite shows as a kid. I would watch it all the time. I had the Cutter, Abby, Helen and Claudia figures and the Sticker book (I am still missing 5 stickers!) It was also probably the first show that ever made me cry at a character death (A certain badass who locked himself in a room swarming with creatures). I only vaguely remember S4 as I've only watched it once when it first came out and I don't think I've ever watched S5.
This was a great trip down memory lane for me, I haven't watched the show or thought about it in great length since I was a kid and seeing some of the stuff on this iceberg really brought forward a lot of memories. I'm definetely going to have to pick up a box set of the show and binge watch it again. Thanks for the video!!
I fucking knew I remembered those sponsor segments. Those Haven Holiday adverts fucking traumatised me as a kid and I could never find them online but I knew I remembered them.
Omg this was a trip down memory line I had one of those Rex teddies and I forgot I even had one until you showed it watching this is making me want to bring back the primeval series
Hearing the words "Haven Holidays" and seeing those weird little adverts again after so many years unlocked something in me and I just started laughing. This video was fantastic.
I don't understand the whole idea of the "nick cutter is alive" segment of the iceberg I mean... the clone was IN the explosion, completely vaporized. There is no way that the cutter we saw in the death scene was not the real one (unless if there is a 3rd clone im unaware of,I am writing this comment while still on episode 5 or season 3) Btw good video thank you for covering a show I barely see covered
Plus, the clone had very little in the way of personality. It could barely pass for Cutter while infiltrating the ARC (causing multiple people to notice weird behaviour.) How could it suddenly portray Cutter with perfect convincing accuracy?
I'm pretty sure the poles causing the anomalies was actually confirmed in the S5 Convergence episode when Matt was talking to Emily, it's a brief conversation so kinda hard to miss but at least provides some closure to the lore at the tail end of the show
I actually still have my Connor and Future Predator figures. Although I definitely got them from a car boot sale so Con never had his bag. I'm glad people remember this show. Maybe it's all nostalgia because I was pretty damn young when I first saw it, but I've always rated Primeval as one of my all time favourite shows
randomly yt’d primeval to find this. great watch and apart from clips from the show, this was the only thing that popped up lol, i used to watch this every week (up until the first cancellation) with me sister and me mum n dad when i was little good times
I’m surprised you didn’t talk about the behind the scenes content that went with Primeval. The first season had a pretty bland talk thro. Andrew filmed all the content for series two and I remember they did a behind the scenes for the creature content in series 3. Series 4 and 5 had a combo behind the scene that I think was very well put together. A lot of the cool stuff about props and locations got mentioned in those.
I am two minutes in an already dying. I just watched you scroll down the iceberg and read the entire iceberg level in giant print "Hilary" and barked out a laugh and had to run downstairs. And yes, remembered fondly. I always call Primeval "The greatest little show that couldn't."
Phenomenal video! You've done Primeval proud, I can't wait to see future content on Primeval, plus I never knew that Abby may have been pregnant, that could of been a really good plot line for season 6, similar to Taylor in Stargate Atlantis season 4
Thank you for making this! Primeval was and still is such a huge part of my childhood, I’ve rewatched it dozens of time and I still love every second of it. I feel like a lot of people forgot about Primeval and how good the storytelling was. (From seasons 1-3,, there was a definite downgrade in storytelling season 4 onwards) I would love a reboot of this show, I think they did make a bad choice in season 3 to get rid of Nick so soon after Stephen,, but that’s just me 🤷🏻♀️ Would love a reboot of this show!!
I always enjoyed the thought of Prehistoric Park being in the same universe. But I never thought of it being set after Primeval ended yet it makes more sense that it would.
I RSALLY wanna see that Danny Quinn centric show and a Episode utilizing the idea Cutter also is just lost through some Anomalies, so my boggest wish of the 2 meeting could happen.
YES!!! And deviate slightly from creature of the week format, which what Dougie apparently got annoyed with but more than anything, Danny and Nick NEVER meeting still feels so silly to me, imagine if Danny appeared in 3x3 fighting off the clones and Cutter would have in his "final moments" passed the torch to Danny as team leader and he vows to avenge Cutter?
So the Diplodocus episode would've been like Cloverfield? Cool! At 34:13 - I remember these ads! But the one at the time I listed the tree on the right looked a bit like the back of a crawling reptile of some sort to me. I'm seeing something with paddle-like limbs. Maybe something not as predatory as the Mosasaur but still something. Oh, I used to love those adverts! I tried to guess what creatures they could've been! Oh! I played the game a couple of times! It was cool!
kinda funny how you said about that picture on the magazine of walking with dinosaurs when the promotion of primeval above the other recommended videos has literally a T-rex from walking with dinosaurs saying that i can buy the first season of primeval to watch on youtube. what the hell. its the exact same picture too haha
Love the video. Wondering if you could do a video explaining all the possible futures of primeval: the mer beach from 2.4, fungus from 3.5, City from s3 and sterile desert from s5. Be interesting to see how and if they all connect.
I’m pretty sure we are told how Sarah died in the mini videos leading up to series 4. Becker explains to Jess that when going back on many expeditions to try and save Abby and Connor she was killed in a car by a future predator. At least that’s what I recall anyways.
I'm currently on a rewatch of primeval for the first time in like 12 years (like I did a binge watch at age 10 after the 5th dvd came out), and am currently on s4e2. I didn't know about 40% of the stuff on the iceberg, but *holy shit* I remember those haven ads!!!
To be fair, I wouldn't have trusted sparkly vampire boy with Primeval, and with the sole exception of The Office, when you hand a British show over to American actors, they fuck it up.
I think Lester also kept Sid and Nacy, that makes more sense then them just disappearing especially since he knew about them, maybe he grew fond of them.
Ooooh- I loved Primeval as a kid! I went into the new Primeval (New World) with a happy face and ended up actually... liking it... too bad it's no longer around.
I know there are a lot of old interviews that Andrew & Hannah did back when the show was being prompted and tho I can’t remember anything off hand about what was said I feel like there was definitely some things I learned about the show through those videos.
I remember playing a free primeval computer game that was a side scrolling shooter where I think you played as Becker, jumping on buildings and stuff dodging creatures.
typing this at only the Second level of the iceberg, but its been fun so far! absolutely love primeval, and finding content like this? so cool! in terms of s4 and 5, I can see where you're getting at. they were markedly different, and there is a different gone. however, i quite like them, and i can see what they were trying to get at. I would have loved to see what would have happened without the cancellation, but...I dunno. i have a soft spot, i guess more thoughts to come after the video!
so, just finished, and what an enjoyable time! some other random thoughts now that I'm done: - the mirrored episode counts make me so ridiculously happy. its so pleasing and fun and such a random thing but it makes me happy - i simply choose to ignore that jess is 19.She doesn't look 19, and she doesn't act 19. early twenties? yes. 19? no. - the layer that was only Hilary? caught me so off guard at the beginning and made me laugh out loud when the time came. its such aninteresti g thing, because I've known for years that was his name (even had an OC that was his sister that had a traditionally masculine name to play off of it) and some of the fandom i interacted briefly with on Tumblr knew it, but i cant ever remember learning it. best I can think of is on the old website for the show, sometime during season four or five, it had it listed as 'captain Hilary Becker ' and I probably picked it up from there. However, on the wayback machine, Hilary only ever appears once, and every other version of the character screen only ever has captain Becker. this - i went on a primeval binge about a year ago, and discovered the evolution game and was devasted to learn about it. I wish I could have experienced it during the series, but alas, I was a silly kid who wasn't aware and also live internationally so I probably couldn't have accessed it anyway - i remember reading that Laila didn't want to come back because she had not long had a baby, and that's why she didn't return. Still sucks that the character was killed off, though, and I missed her. I think that was all I wanted to say. Thank you for this video!!!
13:45 I still have a decent memory of my reaction to this moment when I was a child, I immediately paused and ran to my dad telling him to watch he sat down I unpaused and he immediately died. Me: *in emotional shock looked to my dad* "what happend to nigel Marvin?" Dad: *with a shit eating grin trying not to laugh his ass off* "he got eaten by the dinosaur, he had higel for a little snack" My reaction to this then gets fuzzy, I either burst out crying, got depressed for a solid couple days or cheered when they beat the giganotosaurus. I'm guessing all of the above
The cgi models of the Carcharodontosaurus and Therizinosauruses are most likely reused Giganotosaurus and Velociraptor models repectively from Chased by Dinosaurs. Maybe those are test images to see how dinosaurs would look like in a modern city environnement (which would explain the reused models of an earlier production) and were later reused for the activity book
I firmly believe that anomalies are too unusual to be natural, so the ARC made them in the future and they got out of control and intwined with natural phenomena like magnetism.
I remember browsing the Primeval wiki as a kid and entering the page for Anomalies, there was a graph that said "Creator: N/A" or something and despite it not having any answer, the idea of someone creating them sparked my imagination and I always imagined someone that fit the typical weird mad scientist that lives on his own making them, with the crazy hair and everything (think Professor Psychotic from Smiling Friends and Doc Brown from Back to The Future fused together) and he one day in his tiny cabin in the woods at night, created the anomalies and immediately regretted it because it got beyond his control and I don't know if he would have made in them in the past, present or future.
Primeval is a franchise that has unlimited potentional, it could explain so much like a gigantopithicus traveling to 1960s california and being the bigfoot in the pattason gimlin film
This might be the longest Primeval video on youtube

A critic literally rated the show badly saying "The lack of ethnic casting in Primeval is a disgrace"
Imagine if they brought it back today and it was ruined by cancel culture and forced plotlines for the sake of diversity etc. Plenty of other series suffered similar fates.
At least with Primeval, I can always go back and relive the good times, appreciate what we got.
@@User-kq3od
The "ethnic casting" thing is such bullshit, why can't a british show have british actors?
@@martonmeszaros1187 Idk man, the show was pretty damn representative of what the UK is like, if anything the people were more stylish than average but thats about it, there were multiple ethnic characters in the show, but its a british show for british people about british characters so ofc most of them are gonna be white 🤦 critics are dumb
Just to let you know there was a second expansion for the Primeval RPG, (Companion) it included Victorian and WWII settings. And claimed in the Primeval Universe, Queen Victoria personally investigated Anomalies.
Do you know what kind of dice system it was? If so, I think I know what my next campaign that I run is going to be.

Jesus Christ, I remember those Haven Holidays adverts. I went to Haven every year at Bognor Regis as well. I remember once they had a few promotional posters up for Primeval, I remember seeing some up way past the times the show was cancelled. Still go every now and then with family
Do I get a Prize for knowing every single piece of information on this Primeval Iceberg?
Great video for Primeval’s 15th Anniversary!
wish you did
I really enjoyed this show even season 4 and 5, would of loved a reboot of this series so much nostalgia.
- I'm pretty sure they confirmed the pole reversal thing in the Series 5 finale?
anyway here's hoping someone like Netflix or Amazon go to Impossible Pictures and ask for new Primeval, I'm sure having a modern TV budget would do wonders for the show
Didn't they literally say in the show that she died? I remember something about that being mentioned.
@@Yami_Soryu From what I remember Abby asks about her but it's never really addressed directly, hence why I mentioned the webisodes
@@TyrannoNoddy hm. I just swear I remember them saying 'she's been missing' or something like that
@@Yami_Soryu in Season 4 episode 1 Becker mentions Sarah's death to Matt.
I absolutely cannot believe I forgot those haven holidays ads. You just brought back an insane memory
It’s a shame that the last two seasons had a budget problem because they had the most unique creatures, kaprosuchus, hyaenodon etc…
Wow those haven ads just awakened some major nostalgia
That Ladybird-flea hybrid is metal as fuck.
The diplodocus parasite idea is literally in Primal TV animated show except it becomes a zombie and kills anything it sees
Blimey, the Haven Holiday ads! That really takes me back. Great vid, hope you get the views you deserve 👍
I appreciate the effort you’ve gone in this ❤
Best TV series ever specifically the first season. Every Saturday at about dinner time.
Omg this was a trip down memory line I had one of those Rex teddies and I forgot I even had one until you showed it watching this is making me want to bring back the primeval series
they explicitly say that sarah is dead in season 4 or 5. Becker says it. something about not taking risks anymore "since Sarah's death".
in s 4 e 1
I remember watching this as a kid and the second ever episode was always one that stuck with me. But i always really liked it
I have been looking for this show for years i had alredy written it off as lost, Thank you for naming it.

OH MY GOD!
I read The Nerd and His Assistant's first few chapters back in 2013 and 2014.
Hearing the words "Haven Holidays" and seeing those weird little adverts again after so many years unlocked something in me and I just started laughing. This video was fantastic.
I saw that and my mind just instantly went "A Core Memory"
Danny is one of my favourite characters from primaeval
I don't understand the whole idea of the "nick cutter is alive" segment of the iceberg
I mean... the clone was IN the explosion, completely vaporized.
There is no way that the cutter we saw in the death scene was not the real one (unless if there is a 3rd clone im unaware of,I am writing this comment while still on episode 5 or season 3)
Btw good video thank you for covering a show I barely see covered
Maybe it's all nostalgia because I was pretty damn young when I first saw it, but I've always rated Primeval as one of my all time favourite shows
A huge memory flashback to those haven adverts
randomly yt’d primeval to find this. great watch and apart from clips from the show, this was the only thing that popped up lol, i used to watch this every week (up until the first cancellation) with me sister and me mum n dad when i was little
good times
This show was a huge part of my childhood, I had forgotten about it for years till now
I’m surprised you didn’t talk about the behind the scenes content that went with Primeval.
Doing good work. We need more quality Primeval content
I am two minutes in an already dying. I just watched you scroll down the iceberg and read the entire iceberg level in giant print "Hilary" and barked out a laugh and had to run downstairs.
And yes, remembered fondly. I always call Primeval "The greatest little show that couldn't."
Primeval was so fun and goofy, I miss it
Phenomenal video! You've done Primeval proud, I can't wait to see future content on Primeval, plus I never knew that Abby may have been pregnant, that could of been a really good plot line for season 6, similar to Taylor in Stargate Atlantis season 4
well this was a walk down memory lane
To be fair, the plotlines that everything is leading to the convergence, is actually pretty great and interessting, I loved that Idea
Thank you for making this! Primeval was and still is such a huge part of my childhood, I’ve rewatched it dozens of time and I still love every second of it.
I feel like a lot of people forgot about Primeval and how good the storytelling was. (From seasons 1-3,, there was a definite downgrade in storytelling season 4 onwards)
I would love a reboot of this show, I think they did make a bad choice in season 3 to get rid of Nick so soon after Stephen,, but that’s just me 🤷🏻♀️
Would love a reboot of this show!!
I always enjoyed the thought of Prehistoric Park being in the same universe. But I never thought of it being set after Primeval ended yet it makes more sense that it would.
This series is so distressing so much unresolved it kind of went out with a whimper I would be behind a revival if one ever was made
This just makes me sad man, I wish it all just went smoothly and we got it how it was meant to be
I RSALLY wanna see that Danny Quinn centric show and a Episode utilizing the idea Cutter also is just lost through some Anomalies, so my boggest wish of the 2 meeting could happen.
I remember there being one with a Kayak and bubbles coming out of the water infront of them.
kinda funny how you said about that picture on the magazine of walking with dinosaurs when the promotion of primeval above the other recommended videos has literally a T-rex from walking with dinosaurs saying that i can buy the first season of primeval to watch on youtube. what the hell. its the exact same picture too haha
Love the video. Wondering if you could do a video explaining all the possible futures of primeval: the mer beach from 2.4, fungus from 3.5, City from s3 and sterile desert from s5. Be interesting to see how and if they all connect.
Did you know that doctor who used Primeval raptors
I’m pretty sure we are told how Sarah died in the mini videos leading up to series 4. Becker explains to Jess that when going back on many expeditions to try and save Abby and Connor she was killed in a car by a future predator. At least that’s what I recall anyways.
I'm currently on a rewatch of primeval for the first time in like 12 years (like I did a binge watch at age 10 after the 5th dvd came out), and am currently on s4e2.
I didn't know about 40% of the stuff on the iceberg, but *holy shit* I remember those haven ads!!!
I really miss this show. I hope one day, it returns.
Haven Holidays has just triggered so many memories
Primeval should comeback we need to do the same thing they did with the snydercut we need #RestoreThePrimeval
If Prehistoric Park is cannon, then so is Andy's Prehistoric Adventures, you can't just have 1 without the other
18:16 are you telling me we didn't get a Primeval movie because they didn't agree on the casting? Bruh
To be fair, I wouldn't have trusted sparkly vampire boy with Primeval, and with the sole exception of The Office, when you hand a British show over to American actors, they fuck it up.
My Favorite childhood TV show and I love it so much. ❤❤❤❤❤
I think Lester also kept Sid and Nacy, that makes more sense then them just disappearing especially since he knew about them, maybe he grew fond of them.
I had that Rex toy, it was fucking awsome
My childhood in a video
The UA-cam game technically is lost media but I did play it as a child.
Oh man I’d love to see what your submission for the creature competition was!
I loved the new world games so much I think I'm gonna try and find it somewhere
Ooooh- I loved Primeval as a kid! I went into the new Primeval (New World) with a happy face and ended up actually... liking it... too bad it's no longer around.
I know there are a lot of old interviews that Andrew & Hannah did back when the show was being prompted and tho I can’t remember anything off hand about what was said I feel like there was definitely some things I learned about the show through those videos.
I remember playing a free primeval computer game that was a side scrolling shooter where I think you played as Becker, jumping on buildings and stuff dodging creatures.
Can’t find any trace of it online after doing a quick search and I don’t remember which site it was on, this was circa 2011-2014
typing this at only the Second level of the iceberg, but its been fun so far! absolutely love primeval, and finding content like this? so cool!
in terms of s4 and 5, I can see where you're getting at. they were markedly different, and there is a different gone. however, i quite like them, and i can see what they were trying to get at. I would have loved to see what would have happened without the cancellation, but...I dunno. i have a soft spot, i guess
more thoughts to come after the video!
so, just finished, and what an enjoyable time! some other random thoughts now that I'm done:
- the mirrored episode counts make me so ridiculously happy. its so pleasing and fun and such a random thing but it makes me happy
- i simply choose to ignore that jess is 19.She doesn't look 19, and she doesn't act 19. early twenties? yes. 19?
However, on the wayback machine, Hilary only ever appears once, and every other version of the character screen only ever has captain Becker. this
- i went on a primeval binge about a year ago, and discovered the evolution game and was devasted to learn about it. I wish I could have experienced it during the series, but alas, I was a silly kid who wasn't aware and also live internationally so I probably couldn't have accessed it anyway
- i remember reading that Laila didn't want to come back because she had not long had a baby, and that's why she didn't return.
Me: *in emotional shock looked to my dad* "what happend to nigel Marvin?"
Dad: *with a shit eating grin trying not to laugh his ass off* "he got eaten by the dinosaur, he had higel for a little snack"
My reaction to this then gets fuzzy, I either burst out crying, got depressed for a solid couple days or cheered when they beat the giganotosaurus. I'm guessing all of the above
I just commented above but apparently this moment was Nigel Marvin’s idea when he was asked to cameo
@@andrewobrien8325 yeah it makes sense, if I was gonna go out. Being eaten by the largest predator has ever existed is pretty high up there

Also speaking of merch items I know they also released a set of little boys boxers with Primeval images on them which I find hilarious
I’m surprised the unidentified theropod from episode 3.10 wasn’t mentioned
I came here to learn about the series I've always wanted to watch and after watching it why is it so depressing
Primeval is a franchise that has unlimited potentional, it could explain so much like a gigantopithicus traveling to 1960s california and being the bigfoot in the pattason gimlin film
God bless you!! I'll give this watch tonight
