      Philip Jolley yeah late in the afternoon it gets busy, but I was keen to try out the motor. Normally I try and get to the road sun rise and it’s quite. But being winter its only a couple of deg at that time so too cold for the next couple of months.

    Dear Stew,
    Thank you for your patience with my questions.
    I have the TT-02 built, have ordered the body, and waiting for the new gears to arrive.
    What shocks are you using on the TT-02? What adjustable upper A-arms turnbuckles are you using? Thank you! Thank you

    • @StewMac570
      @StewMac570  2 роки тому +2

      I use the Tamiya TRF shocks. My TT02 is the type S so it has different suspension to the normal TT02. But I did have a type RR for a while and that worked great. So using just the type RR upper arms would be good

    • @StewMac570
      @StewMac570  4 роки тому

      John Handcock it’s so easy. Just make template with some cardboard and then transfer it to the carbon fibre.
      The sides are easy but the front is a little tricky on the TT02. I used a single piece and cut out the center of the carbon fibre to fit around the little step that’s on the bottom of the chassis. Then extended it out the front to act as a splitter. I used a few of the hols that mount the front bumper to add some strength.
