@@ti-mani4648 Well, I can go lower and maintain the position for longer. I'm working on this kind of excersice for the planche. I'm also doing another straight arm excersice for biceps on the pararlel bars that he also shows in his videos, it is demanding but challenging.
@@mariuxxxx1 It was not that bad until 10 years ago or so. Most dudes came to be as big and strong as possible... And all of a sudden it's all about being 3% bodyfat, showing off and hookers impressing potential customers.
I been trying to gain size on biceps for a while, i been doing these for a little over a week so far on floor and on rings. No bicep work other than chin ups. And holy shit do I notice a diff. Also my elbow and wrist strength is improving fast!
Great Way to keep the biceps full and nutrient dense all the time. This is the difference finally between a mere pump and real lasting effect. Thank You for showing and sharing the way .
Could this be used to make the elbows more resilient against injury, when approached cautiously? I've been dealing with nagging pain (when pulling) for months, probably where the bicep attaches. I have to say this exercise does feel like it's hitting the area that's in need of strengthening..
I have severe osteo arthritis in my elbows, I can't straighten either, do you reckon it's still possible to get bicep growth even though they are not in a stretched position??
@@visitor-- The longer your arms are compared to your body, the less the angle there is between your arms and your torso, and that will make it easier.
Been doing this for around 2 months since I have seen it in your videos.
Thank you!
Nice work!
do you feel an improvement ?

Good for you my guy
How many times you're doing it per week?
God, I discovered gymnastics after 16 years of pumping iron and I am fascinated how effective it is for health and well being.
👍👍
never liked pumping iron or going to the gym it's most depressing place i can imagine tried multiple times xD

while aiming to planche, is it better to mix it up or do these in order?: planche leans, planche lean hold, pseudo planche pushups
Do from harder to easier
And in the end do tuck hold
@@ot7fazecr0nus81 hold at end of each set or hold at the end of the 3 sets?
Do you recommend doing it on rings? What is the difference?
Its a lot harder on the rings because you're going to need to stabalise the rings whilst also doing the planche

I've been doing planche pumps with the resistance band but I have to stop because the middle section of both of my forearms are in pain
Does this static move build muscle?
What about talking about Osvaldo lugones planche?? Your opinion?
It’s perfect
Mega SALUTE brotha do u have a tik tok??
Im scared im going to land on my face
Just be gradual
Place a soft pillow just in case!
