I recently lost my Dad. I took care of him because he couldn't go by himself or eat without help. I miss my Dad i wish he could've recoverd like in the story. Everyone please spend time and talk to your elder relatives. For both of you.
I'm technically a orphan now. I miss both of my parents. My husband is making up for the loss of love by making me feel like I'm the most loved person in the world
Exactly. That should be common knowledge. I think that it is different if there is no will, but a person can leave his or her estate to anyone he or she chooses, if they write a will.
Liam is just after money and has no feelings about anything else!!! Him and his mom deserve absolutely nothing. Divorce this worthless boy and watch his dreams crumble down around him
Good Morning Sandra the only thing I disagree with is cutting out the little brother. It's the only time he is mentioned. But I hope Angela gives him a cut. Hooray for damn good nursing. Liam and Mommy deserve to rot.
OP did exactly what Liam told her to do. He told her to only contact him if it was bad news. He didn't say anything about what to do with good news. Great malicious compliance going on there.
Op should have said'I Really Wish I can go back in time, and Stop myself From Meeting You!' though she could have before the first and Only date 'You are just looking for a maid, is that it?'
Liam and his mom saw money. Angela saw a sweet and caring father and husband who didn't deserve such greedy people but never expected what the father was going to do.
Mom should stay home and take care of her own husband it is not DIL's job to take care of his family and definitely not to give up her job and her financial independence to be a slave
'both of them got what they deserved' Woah woah she didn't deserve dementia chill out lady. she just deserved to be divorced and homeless. NO ONE deserves Dementia. That's like saying someone deserved Cancer.
Unfortunately my Mother passed away last year after being terminal for 8 months. I spent the 9 months with Mom going back & forth between the hospital & rehab & then home hospice. It was extremely upsetting seeing Mom so weak & sick. Part of me was a bit angry since all my life up till she got sick she had always told me that she had a DNR setup then when she was told she was terminal she changed her mind. I get that it was her life so it was her choice on what she wanted to do, but it was kind of hard for me when the change came after 47 years of being told one thing then suddenly it changes. On the other hand it was also difficult to watch her suffer & knowing she was leaving me. I was always close to my mother she was my best friend too which made it more difficult to lose her. Even though it’s been over a year since she died I still haven’t completely processed her death, I wish with everything I have that she was still here. Mom lived with us which made it more difficult when she died, I couldn’t even enter her room for over a year after she died. At least my husband was understanding about my lost & didn’t push me about going through mom’s stuff. Miss you Maw! Wish you were still here R.I.P. Maw. Love you
I'm not on Liam's side, (In the scenario where his father actually died) he would be able to challenge his father's will because he didn't get anything. In cases like this an important tip is to always leave something in the will for the person you don't want to leave anything, leave a thousand dollars or an item of furniture, but leave something, so that person will be named in the will making it more difficult for him to contest.
You can write a will that names a person or persons to be left out of the will completely. They can try to protest, but really can't do anything about it.
@@melodeeellis5422 Not necessarily. When you contest a will, the inheritance distribution process is stopped until this situation is resolved, so even if the contest is not valid, it can generate years of delay in distributing the inheritance. When we challenge a will, we challenge the validity of what is written, whether the person had the necessary knowledge and the necessary mental faculties to do so. An investigation is carried out to determine whether any of the parties had advance knowledge of the will, whether the will's writer was coerced or forced to make changes, or if the will is forged, if it was written in the presence of a notary, where the will was kept... just to name a few of the many things that are investigated. That's why leaving something, even if in a small amount, is the most practical thing to do, as it makes it more difficult for that person to obtain merit to challenge the will.
CEO is just chief executive officer not the owner The company can hire anybody to be the next CEO You don't inherit that, The board can hire anyone to be the CEO
He texted such crap to his wife and he thought his father will never find out??! And CEO is a Chief executive oficer. He is not necesary the owner. Not all owners are also the CEO's. He can hire anyone for that job! Anyone! The board of members can choose any capable person good for that position. He doesn't get to inherit the position of the CEO! You need to learn that in these stories.
"And CEO is a Chief executive oficer. He is not necesary the owner. Not all owners are also the CEO's." Not all of them are. But some are. Look at Rupert Murdoch. He gets to decide who runs his company after he is gone.
Why does the wife always marry into the husband's family and inherit all the work? Doesnt the husband marry into the wife's family too? What a load of crap. Something for women to consider when they change their name when they marry. I didn't and I've never had a problem.
Liam dude I don't think you know how a WILL works, what ever your dad puts in his will is what's going to happen. Liam I'm not sure why you are dumbfounded why your mom was cheating on your dad she saw your dad the same way you did, a cash cow.
LMAO Liam, getting disowned and disinherited by your dad and your soon-to-be ex-wife is glorious. Looks like your wife is getting everything including his company going to your brother Leon. Liam is cheating on you as well, have fun paying that Alimony compensation and restitution to Angela let's hope she sues all you affair partners to.

I'm sorry for your loss. It's hard to say goodbye to a parent.💔
And I can guarantee that many years later, you will still have no regrets about everything you did for your dad. Regrets are forever.
Omg I really liked when the dad spoke up and turned Liam upside down. Great story
You can get an inheritance from someone without being married to anyone.
Exactly. That should be common knowledge. I think that it is different if there is no will, but a person can leave his or her estate to anyone he or she chooses, if they write a will.
Look at Heimmenway he left his entire estate to his cats. Guess they didn't know that anyone can leave whatever they want to whoever they want to
All depends on the will

Ladies never quit your job for anyone
absolutely
Amen!!
Always blaming others for their mistakes all because, of their actions.

Counting your eggs before they hatch. 😆 LOL
I would show fill all the messages and let him decided what he wants to do lol
If wifey isn't a health care proxy, no medical decisions would be possible for her. Been there with my husband, when I did hold that power. 😊

Liam and his mom saw money. Angela saw a sweet and caring father and husband who didn't deserve such greedy people but never expected what the father was going to do.
I like dad's voice
What else could she possibly want.... How about love and respect Liam?

CEOs still have to listen to the board of directors, actually.
All he cares about is money. That's a trivial matter. What a idiot
Doesn't that include shareholders too?
Yup and yup
Absolutely

The Dad should go into Hospice, if he is dying. Regular people cannot take care of a terminally Ill patient.

I see a divorce in this couple's future.
Just to be clear nothing ma and pa works for belongs to the kids.
