omg hearing u talk about how you were feeling first semester makes me feel so much better.
i was and still kind of am struggling so much adapting to this new environment at school and moving away from everything that i have ever known. no one talks about how much pressure is put on you having to start school and basically restarting from scratch by finding new people to be around and searching for where you "fit in." saying how everyone painted college as this place you go to and love every second of and comparing it to how i was feeling made me feel like i was the odd one out and that no one but me felt that way. thank u so much for normalizing that feeling and making me feel like i'm not the only one who has struggled with the transition from regular life to college!!

hey! as someone who's about to graduate after 5 years of college, i can say it only gets better from here! i remember leaving freshmen year feeling the aftershocks of such a big change in my life and having a hard time adjusting. but adjust i did, and i grew so much over the years in so many ways that i never would have been able to living at home. there is nothing wrong with struggling with the transition, just know you are ultimately making the right choice!

this was also my freshman year of college and i completly agree with you! it was hard especially not being totally extraverted, i also feel like ive matured alot and it can be kind of frustrating being surrounded by college students who just party all of the time and dont have a care in the world if that makes sense. you are so pretty and i loved this video!

Also btw since I saw that you were wondering about the Rare Beauty HL, I definitely recommend it. I personally recommend it. It’s amazing. Like it’s a natural glow. What i saw in a different review to make it simple is that it’s a natural glow but once you blend it and all you can’t really see the big glitter like on other HL. If you wanna try it out try getting the Selena’s 4 mini piece set which has a mini HL, mini blush, mini lipstick and the mascara. That way you try it and see if you like it to invest in a bigger bottle
