Financial losses are taking a toll on wildfire victims

Nova Scotians who lost their homes and livelihoods to devastating wildfires are continuing to rebuild and recoup their losses a year later. While the situation has been difficult to navigate, the CBC's Gareth Hampshire says some are feeling hopeful.
