I got mine from Target. Target has a North America special photocard set which is just the pre-order benefit. If you can't order from Target where you're from, maybe try one of those group ones where you and other people buy in a group and it gets shipped to you (I forgot what they're call lol).

Please don't assume ones financial place based off of a video. Being able to buy multiple copies of an album that equals to about $400 USD doesn't equate to someone being rich. It means they are working hard to earn a living and however much they have left over, they treat themselves with. It's the equivalent of going online shopping after getting your paycheck. It doesn't mean you're rich, it just means you're treating yourself with something you want.
