      Let’s gooooooo!!!
Some people advise transitioning onto it, but if you’re like mist, verrrry addicted to carbs. You’ll feel crappy for 1-4 weeks then it gets much easier. Search successful carnivores tips, and figure out what works for you!!! Don’t be fooled by yourself!, you’re probably an addict too. Some people make it and heal. Others relapse. You got thisssss.

You are such an inspiration! I did Carnivore (BBBE) for 60 days in 2021, and lost some weight (30 lbs) ,felt better mentally, slept better, no acid reflux and even our farts diminshed. About 30 days in my inflammation reduced almost gone. The negative was that my psoriasis went through the roof especially on my hands, face and scalp. I stopped it and went back to eating some veggies and fruits thinking i would do keto. It was a gateway back into the SAD diet. Fast forward to now... I am on about 10 meds for BP, anxiety, reflux. I have recently found out that I am sensitive to a TON of foods including PORK, POULTRY, Lamb and VEGGIES/FRUITS> I am at the point of not being able to walk due to arthritis and BP. I think this time I am gonna try just Beef, Butter and Eggs with some seafood that wasn't on my list. Wish me Luck!!!

After just under a month I decided I was going to start exercising. I told myself 20 minutes on the elliptical machine no matter how hard it is. At 20 minutes I was feeling great and I was not huffing and puffing, my heart rate was 138. I decided to go until I wasn’t comfortable anymore. I made it an hour and never struggled to breathe. It was much better in a matter of DAYS, (pain gone) and basically cured in a couple of months. Lost all extra fat within weeks. No more anxiety within a month.
I cheat though. Too much. But less and less now. I find that this takes ZERO willpower. Never feel hungry. I can easily (and naturally want to) fast - now that my body is mostly healed and very nourished.

Just a suggestion. Check your pH. (Potential Hydrogen). Diabetes is insulin resistance, add more insulin and become more resistant doctors are now saying.
Your body will protect itself from acid, it needs body fat to put that acid to safeguard your vital organs, so you cannot lose weight if you are acidic.
There was a video of a young girl who stopped insulin injections because of the change in her diet and pH above 7.

This is almost exactly why I started carnivore about a month ago…I am a landscaper, and I was working on a large planting project, and I was in so much pain in my toes, and so depressed, and I knew I had to make a change. Not even sure how I found carnivore, but it has already changed my life. My inflammation went down in two days and my foot pain is almost gone, my depression and anxiety is gone. I had a new, small patch of psoriasis starting on my shin, and it completely disappeared. I have so much energy and focus and clarity. I lost ten pounds, 180 to 170. My muscles are getting so tone. So many positive effects. So appreciative of all the carnivore advocates! ❤

Following many good carnivore channels like this from The Netherlands.
I quit junk food in the beginning of June this year. Weighed about 125 kg (275 lbs) at the time. After a few weeks eating “healthy” but only noticing little progress I started keto because I heard some friends talking about it all the time.
A month on keto I noticed a lot of positive changes. Mostly weight loss, better sleeping and also a decrease in depression.
I was feeling better than ever, and was now allready following some low/no carb channels on youtube and had heard and read many stories about how going carnivore put all the positive changes I was experiencing in hyperdrive. I decided to try it for myself and have been carnivore since August.
I eat mostly beef burger patties I make myself out of the scraps of 80/20 beef I buy in bulk from my local butcher. Costs me 8 euros per kg. Also I eat a lot of eggs, butter and some chicken, pork and fish.
I started this for weight loss. I lost 28 kg (62 lbs) so far and now weigh 97 kg (213 lbs), and the weight is still dropping fast without any real effort. Stuffing my face full of meat every day.
But the most wonderfull thing is this: losing weight has now become secundary to all the other changes I had not expected:
    1. Depression lifted completely
    2. Not overly worrying about useless stuff anymore
    3. Not easily agitated anymore
    4. Not fearfull in social settings anymore
    5. I fall asleep quicker
    6. I sleep deeper
    7. I sleep shorter
    8. No hunger, no cravings for food
    9. Full of energy the entire day
    10. Mind a lot sharper
    11. No loose skin even after weight loss
    14. Gaining muscle like crazy doing a full body workout twice a week
    15. No muscle pains after training when I eat enough meat.
    16. Acne mostly gone, though pork still causes some..
    17. Rosecia clearing up
    18. Pain caused by flat feet is gone
    19. Wounds from chronic ingrown toe-nails healed and have not come back yet..
    20. I barely sweat anymore
    21. Better body odor in general
    22. No plaque on my teeth anymore
    23. Nose completely open all day, I can smell a lot better
    24. Barely having to crap or fart anymore
    25. No weird stomach noises anymore
    26. Better able to cope with heat and cold
I feel this list is not yet complete as I am still adjusting to this new way of life.
For those still in doubt about going carnivore.. just try it for some time and quit if you don’t experience any benefits.

I have been watching various carnivore videos all day. This one really stood out for me, probably because I relate to the anxiety, depression, sense of hopelessness. Awesome! I was 584 pounds and, last I checked, I'm down to 340. I did most of that on Keto + Youngevity supplements. Over the last three months, I've been trying to do carnivore, but cost is an issue. So, I tend to do strict carnivore for a week, then do a week of just coffee + butter and multivitamins until my next paycheck arrives. I don't have access to a scale at the moment, but I'm definitely noticing my clothes getting more loose as well as other symptoms have gone away. I had this weird urinary tract pain, and if I stay away from plants, then that weird pain doesn't come back.

He lost 40 lbs. He was A NEW MAN. Dr's actually shunned him and said he was a fool for doing it. No congratulations on NOT BEING DEAD, no curiosity on how it happened... just scorn and smugness.

Doctors should be in servicing themselves on how to proceed when success is achieved outside of their practice. There should be some type of oversight which includes an interview and documentation that the medical profession can actually use to better their craft.

You need to learn self-control so that you can continue towards your goals despite how you feel that day. This new found invigoration will die off within a few days/weeks/months and you'll fall back into old habits unless you learn to push through even when you really, really don't want to.

I love this story. I too have an irregular heart beat and mitral valve prolapse (MVP), which I was diagnosed with at 18 y/o. I’m currently 41 y/o and started carnivore at the beginning of the year. Before switching, I would experience heart palpation daily, multiple times a day. I had anxiety really bad and everyday I would think was my last because of the severity of the palpations. Since switching, my anxiety levels have lessened and my heart palpations have decreased to almost nothing. I do cheat on the diet 😒 and when I do, my anxiety and palpations come back.. Great timing! I needed to see this today!
Today, I had my annual physical from a new caregiver PA. She was concerned about my heart condition. I've had a heart murmur all my life, but only recently I've been sitting very quietly and my heart will suddenly start racing. She's sending me for a test on Monday. She also told me that I am now pre-diabetic. I'm 63 and about 35 lbs over-weight.
I talked to her about keto and IF, but did not mention carnivore, and I could tell she was biting her tongue. She knows I'll do what I'm going to do, and only commented that she would like to follow up in six months. I've been doing IF for several months now, and I've been working my way up to eating one meal a day. Interestingly, my arthritic thumbs are feeling better. Also, for about a month I've been looking into carnivore, which is how I found you. I've been trying to start the carnivore, but have failed miserably.
So, you can imagine, I'm feeling a little shell-shocked this evening, and was very interested when I stumbled across this video. In fact, I hung on to every word. I've now doubled-down on my resolve to launch my new carnivore diet, and watching this video has given me encouragement and increased my resolve. My PA is going to be following up on my symptoms, so she and I will both be able to see how well carnivore works for me, even if she doesn't know what I'm doing. I made it through yesterday without eating any carbs, and have now made it through most of today. Baby steps, right?
Many thanks to you and Kerry for the info and encouragement! Wish me luck!

This guy nailed it. Glad he's better now!
On a more technical note, Ketosis helped me in every way save one: gut/butt pain. When I pushed carbs off my plate, I replaced them with greens, and it took me a WHILE to realize they were decomposing in my gut like a gag of grass clippings in the summer heat and causing me pain. It was worst after dinner / overnight, as that's when I'd load up on broccoli, dark green veggies, etc... I thought I had Restless Leg Syndrome because I was in pain back / down there and completely, well, restless.
Carnivore fixed it IMMEDIATELY. And at 48, I have NEVER felt better. 👍🏻

My journey with carnivore (occasionally keto) started in July of this year after being on “diets” and counting calories for years. So far I have gone from 156 to 130 as of today! With prior diets I would lose a pound, gain a pound, lose two pounds, gain two pounds. I had trouble with inflammation, bloating, and edema. I was no longer able to have any dairy from the congestion it caused. I started with just carnivore and occasionally do keto as well, but I did notice I lose weight faster when doing just carnivore. The great thing is all the inflammation, bloating and edema are gone and I feel amazing! I’m back to having skinny ankles! The best thing is by reducing the inflammatory response by cutting out all the carbs, I can now have dairy again without ANY issues! It’s too bad more do not do their research like many have on this and other channels. I work in healthcare and I’m tired of people thinking they can slap a pill on the problem like a bandaid. I see younger and younger having heart attacks, even in their 30’s! There was a great documentary movie called Escape Fire, The Fight To Rescue American Healthcare back in 2012 and nothing has changed or improved since then, except the increased healthcare costs (it’s available on UA-cam for free.) 13 lbs to go for my goal weight…my 60th birthday present to myself! Many of you are such an inspiration!! Keep up the good work. If we keep going and build this community, we will eventually have enough scientific data to prove the typical American diet is deadly!

Correction MOST MEN would leave their wife, and actually statistics do prove that men leave their wife if she becomes sick for an extended period of time or even if she receives a terminal diagnosis. Men don't even wait until the terminal sickness actually takes a hold of their wife. They just leave when they find out how much support and WORK will be required of them! MOST WIVES STAY! Personally, I believe that women should follow the men's lead on their behavior in this manner. That's why one of the first questions I ask a man on a date is, "What kind of illnesses are you dealing with? and How many medications are you currently taking?" I've found that most men are careless about their health, so it's best to just assume that they are dealing with one sickness or another and I am never wrong. Then, I ghost them. I refuse to be a hospice wife, especially since ALL DATA has proven that most men never do the same for their wife. These are facts! Just look it up for yourself.

EMF exposure. Grounding as much as you can (while sleeping to) Limit your plastic exposure, wear cotton and wool clothing instead of polyester and your bed cloths also be cotton or wool, wash your cloths and bed cloths in white vinegar, get as much sunlight as you can, drink re mineralized reverse osmosis or distilled water in a glass or stainless steel container, do resistance exercise (while grounded), and lastly if you're doing carnivore, eat grass fed AND finished meat with PLENTY of animal fats (Try to consume only red meat if you can) and don't calorie restrict.. Avoid straight lines like in the city, buildings, warehouses and be in nature as much as possible, Sleep as much as you can WITHOUT an alarm cloth.

Any idea why this is the case? When the results are so good, why would people ever go back? I guess it just goes to show what an incredible amount of power foods can hold over us!

@warrenthiessen4682 Because it does get a bit boring. I did it for a year, and then slid back into my old patterns. My main problem is my knees. I avoid junk food and processed food, but I do love a variety of food, and I love experimenting with cooking. But now my arthritic knees are very painful, so I am beginning carnivore again. Like Kerry, I can't moderate. I've never had health issues or been overweight, it's just my knees. I do think the boredom and lack of variety is a major reason why people 'fall off the wagon'.

I've had small flare ups over the year and even went blind/severe uveitis a couple years ago. I've had hundreds of tests at the VA and they never really pinpointed/diagnosed the problem. Recently I had to go to urgent care (Aug 9 and Aug 21), the pain in my shoulders, hip and lower back is horrendous. I was given prednisone the first visit then celecoxib the second visit. The Dr said I had Ankylosing Spondylitis. Not good!! Hope this diet works. I can't sleep on my right side. So painful. I also saw Mckailah Peterson's video today. Inspiring!!

I’ve suffered from the type of deep depression that the guest describes - it’s like being in a dark pit that you can’t get out of. The late author William Styron describes his experience with it in his book Darkness Visible. I was suicidal. Anti depressants eventually pulled me out of it, but yes, the SSRI’s in particular can make you feel flat and emotionless. I actually talked myself into the depression through negative thinking but it really developed significantly during my pregnancy so it may have been hormonal too.

Way to go! I started to get really sick back in 2018. By 2020 I was about to lose my left middle finger due to chronic inflammation but I clearly remember a doctor asking me to quit eating meat in 2018 which I did and hell was loose open. 5 years eating mostly veggies and some chicken and fish. After doing biological drugs for a year, my middle finger recovered but I found a way out of those meds. For a year now my left index finger has been bothering me and my right wrist. My BP was high 145/110 till two weeks ago. After watching the documentary’The perfect human diet’ on UA-cam on September 26 this year, I decided to take the plunge. Today 13 days in, these are my results: I have lost 5 kg. My wrist hurts no more and the strength I’d lost is coming back. My BP is at 130/90 and at one point today it was 125/85. I stopped craving for carbs. I can breathe without difficulty and play with my kids so easily. My wife feels that in bed I’m like I was 14 years ago. I’m 41 and 1.78 meters tall. Before all this carnivore diet/life style, my weight was out of control 83-85 kg. Now, it’s 77,5 kg.

Blood pressure and cholesterol normal. Glucose went from 120 to low 80's. A1C about 5.0. I sleep a solid and sound 7 - 8 hours, from unable to sleep or very stressful sleep.

The only thing keeping me from talking much about it to others is this community’s obsession with incendiary, click baity and needlessly misleading screen shots and video titles. Surely this great info can be dispensed without these tactics.

I have no life. But this video has so many problems the same as mine in different ways. I can see the glow on both your faces. Thank you for your messages that have resonated with me so much. I’ve been doing carnivore for about 2 months and starting to see some small changes but not with the symptoms I was most hoping for. Like you, I’m just going to hang in there! I’ve heard it can take up to a year for some people.
In the meantime, I am loving how easy it is to prepare my food now, and I enjoy it as well. I also make carnivore treats (I eat dairy) so I don’t feel deprived. I can totally see myself sustaining this for a lifetime. Whether I feel better or not, I love at least knowing I’ll be able to maintain muscle and mobility when I get older! There are so many benefits that make it worthwhile.

Be wary that those symptoms can come back around as your body continues to heal. I’m just starting to try a low oxalate diet, so mostly carnivore, but not completely. I don’t want to go through any extreme oxalate purging issues.
