Who Invented This Windmill?

I saw a hand-built model of a wind turbine in the early 1980s at a relative's home and it's always bothered me that it was also the last time I ever saw one like it.
So in this video I'm building a replica from memory, using random junk from around my house.
Let me know if you've seen a real windmill like this!

I dunno who invented this. You could use that wind energy to rotate motor shaft and light an led maybe.
