How does The Edge do it though? I don't see him using ebow live when playing that song.
You're correct, he doesn't use an e-bow. I guess he just uses a pedal or a combination of pedals that gives him this very long sustain. Impossible for me with my virtual amps and pedals but I think it can be easily done with real ones.
