അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് സാക്ഷ്യം അവതരിപ്പിക്കാൻ അറിയില്ലെന്നു തോന്നുന്നു. He is inexperienced. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ കമൻറിൽ ചില നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്
താങ്കൾക്ക് സാക്ഷ്യം അവതരിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത് എങ്ങനെയാണെന്നറിയില്ലേ? ഒരു സാക്ഷ്യം പറയുമ്പോൾ ആദ്യമേ വേണ്ടത് പറയുന്ന വ്യക്തിയുടെ സ്വദേശം, പേര്, തുടങ്ങിയ അടിസ്ഥാന കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറയുകയാണ്. ഏറെനേരം കേട്ടിട്ടും ഈ സഹോദരിയുടെ സ്വദേശം എവിടെ എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് കേട്ടില്ല. ഒരിടത്ത് കോതമംഗലം എന്ന് പരോക്ഷമായി പറയുന്നത് കേട്ടു. പക്ഷേ അങ്ങനെയല്ല സാക്ഷ്യം present ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്. ഫിന്നി പാസ്റ്ററെ പോലെയുള്ളവരുടെ ചാനലുകൾ കണ്ടു പഠിക്കുക തുടർന്നെങ്കിലും മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുക.
