One time, I got up close to a hurdle of the enemy team in one place, they didn't have a healer, and I used Dragon Blade on them, all died with 3 hits.

As a Genji main obviously these players are good, but lots of players die to Genji based on their own mistakes. Sniping the deflect, hooking an ulting Genji without any ammo left, staying close to your team during ult, etc.
