Watching it again after almost half a year... you think it was a bad idea with the film? It was the coolest idea ever, also It was maybe where the inspiration of your song Elements came from. :)
The name of this movie they made is “Elements.” She wrote about it in her book ☺️

For someone with no training and no budget for special effects, these are pretty good. The wind power effect was a clever idea.

Lol, this is the first time back in a while, and never saw this one.

I always love "Behind the Music" features to see where my favorite artists came from, and this one's no different! It's nice to get a glimpse of another's past - and this is true for my own friends as well (whom I haven't known since we were kids). So, yeah, I love these kinds of videos, and also LindseyTime, when we just see the band hanging out, making each other Valentine's Day cards or buying ugly sweaters, lol! This is the good stuff!

Yes!!! This reminds me so much of the short films me and my brother made when we were teenagers. Our movies were equally as horrible. We used an old JVC camera so our dub overs and editing were especially terrible. :)

Watching your videos, Lindsey, has been such an inspiration and motivator to me and probably many others. I've always been the silly type but never really showed that side of me to others because I thought it wasn't "cool" but ever since I started watching your videos and listening to your music. I want to be myself more, I want to continue silly projects of mine because they're fun. Keep doing what you're doing Lindsey, you're such an amazing person! Hope to see you in the Midwest soon again!
i remember when my friends and i made home movies when we were 15ish...looking back is always hillarious.

I'm a senior in highschool and had 1 year of a college level film class including watching and making short films. Awesome shot at the end where part of your body dissapears because of the greenscreen. :-) love it, Lindsey, you are so awesome.

It doesn't really matter if there are people who don't like those videos, what matters is that you and your friends had a blast, and enjoyed making them. I sure like them. It tells us part of your story which is very interesting. Keep on rocking that violin and with your fantastic moves Lindsay, and if you have any other videos you edited when younger there are many of us, your fans, that would love to watch them. "thumbs up"
Lindsey's personalities are the best. She's honestly the type of a girl that us guys would preferably call perfect. But welll , different people different opinions I guess.

But...You're a violinist. How did u become a violinist?
That fact has been in so many other interviews (look 'em up), she probably didn't see a need to mention it here; she's said that she started taking violin lessons at age 6 (wanted dance back then also but her parents couldn't afford both).
It takes real courage to do something like this, let alone put it up on youtube when you are clearly embarrassed about it. I'm so glad you're strong and comfortable enough with who you are, and who you have become, that you can fly your nerd flag high! Wherever you've come from, and wherever you go -- I'll always be your biggest fan.
*That cold chill you get when you remember how many people have copies of the highschool movies you made before youtube was conceived.*

I love the "feature length movie" - for a high school student's project, that relly wasn't bad. Especially you all, especially the two girls, knew how to move. Of course not at a professional level, but way better than most comparable... flicks ;-)

BTW...the feature film idea was kind of good, but the execution of special effects was...lets say "was improper". It was so bad!! But, so good. ;)
