I work for a large nz company who as part of employee induction we have to pass rainbow tests including saying that it is wrong for man to be denied use of a woman's toilet. We have pictures of drag queens up all over the office. Every other week we are supposed to be dressed to support whatever cause. If you aren't showing your support you get the eye. I support people to live life as they wish but I don't want to be forced into celebrating their way of life. And I'd rather be at work to do the work not for a side dish of brainwashing/ peer pressure.

What you have described is happening in some degree in all big companies... Socialist/Marxist ideology, which is what the LEFT and the Woke is, doesn't allow for free-speech and person freedoms.

I completely agree that people shouldn't have to be made to think and do stuff they don't want to do.
However when you debate a so called woke person be prepared to adress their concerns and come up with some actual facts that aren't based on your bias. Eg Solar is the cheapest form of energy and you're presented with data and you go "well no it's some dreams and unicorns" then you're illogical and your opinion shouldn't be taken seriously
