Can I just say how refreshing this video is?? It feels like old school UA-cam - a Naked palette and a very in-depth tutorial on a beautiful look 🥰 I absolutely love all your artistry and your sweet personality!
Thanks Ashley!! I recently started doing more "old school UA-cam" videos where I go in-depth on the tutorials and I've gotten a lot of positive feedback! So expect to see more of those in the future :)
I wanted to try this palette and even though it is older Urban Decay had on sale. I love the colors you chose and your eyes look super gorgeous. Ty so much for sharing. I love it.
I'm in love with it! I'll definitely be creating another tutorial using it. I feel like it's really versatile and can be used for every day or full glam looks!
Id still love to see more tutorials with this palette from you, but thanks for using the other colours for the first one! I ended up ordering the paletter, but while i was watching tutorials to figure out if I wanted it, i was having trouble finding videos that weren't focused on the golden colours
What a great tutorial! I love how you really explain how to actually apply the shadows, and different techniques. So helpful for me, who is still learning!
Very smart to use the other colors besides Honey because EVERYBODY is using it lol. Really love the look you created 💛 Wasn't excited about this or interested in getting it until I saw some videos and now I'm grabbing it asap! Seems like the perfect wearable yellow toned palette.
Haha I filmed another tutorial using Honey, but figured I should do one without it first! In photos it doesn't really grab your eye as much as it does in person. It's SO pretty!
Of all the beauty gurus I watch and follow, you are the first one I have seen talking about this palette! Thanks for the breaking news 😉 gorgeous look! 💕
I just got this pallet for my birthday and I was worried because looking at it, it looked to yellow for me but I this tutorial was so helpful and now I know at least one was I can use this palette!
You are sooo pretty 😍... I love how u blend the eyeshadow.. I wish I know how to use and put make up 😩 I have this NAKED PALLET URBAN DECAY HONEY that my friend gave to me on last Christmas but idk how to use this☹️
I was skeptical when I originally saw the palette and I didn’t think I was going to buy it until I saw your tutorial. I really love the use of colors with your eyes and thank you for not using the honey color, showing that there are other looks for the palette. Definitely a must buy now, especially for fall❤️
Thanks Mariah!! I think it's natural to see the Honey color and want to use it, but the palette is really versatile and I'm glad I could show that :) I'm wanting to create another tutorial too, but a more everyday look. I've been using the palette daily and I truly love all of the shades (which is rare for me!).
I have the same thing with the same spot too that is hard to get shadow to stay there! 😣 thought it was jus me! Love your vid and it’s my first time here, and I’m a new subbie too. Thanks for this video
Soooo Pretty! I love the naked palettes 🥰 you should totally do some more looks using the Palette 👍🏼💕 also I Love your Makeup tutorials so much you always explain each step so well, it’s easy to follow and you share so much knowledge at the same time and I love how your personality always just shines through as well which in my opinion, is what makes your tutorials unique and so entertaining to watch as well.
Awww thank you so much! I did a second video using this palette, but I'd be happy to do more! I honestly have so many video ideas, I just need to film and edit them all - which takes the most time!
kenziemacbrown sure! I bet. And this isn‘t your fulltime Job so... i actually just for the Honey palette😍 reminds me of the original Naked Palette that i Love. 🤗
Hey again! 👋 This is like watching a master painter create a timeless work of art. Your gorgeous face is the perfect canvas to create such a flawless, lovely look. Truly inspiring. Love how sweet she is. An awesome human! ❤️🏆🤯😁
@@mackenzhughes that is exactly why I haven't bought it yet. The pallet is gorgeous, but $54 is a bit of money. Still seriously considering it though 😁
I just love watching your videos, they make me so happy!! And you really inspired me to get this palette and try some out! Your videos will for sure help me out in that department, haha. Great video :) I love this entire look. It's gorgeous!
Thanks Sara, that's a great idea! I just filmed a new one with the Honey shade, but it's still pretty dark. I've worn the palette a lot this week (off camera) and I love the lighter shades!
Wow, this look is stunning! Your eye makeup makes your eyes pop. 😍 I’ll be honest, I wasn’t drawn to this makeup palette when I first saw it, but your makeup tutorial certainly changed my mind! Definitely think I’ll have to purchase this now lol. Thank you for sharing. 💛✨
Thanks Lori!! I still use it pretty regularly, I feel like it has a great combination of shades I can wear every day and shades I can use to create a more full glam look too!
What do you use to clean your eye shadow brushes between uses? Great tutorial! I'm asking for the palette for Christmas and I definitely want to try this look.
Thanks Melody! I use a brush cleaner from Sephora (rstyle.me/+vJwB7980jjAJg3_VT6R8gg) - I've been using it for years (since I worked there) and I feel like it does a great job of getting the pigment out without getting the brush too damp! I really love the palette too - I've used it for a few weeks since I made this video and I feel like it's really versatile for everyday/full glam looks!
I just got this palette for Christmas and was beginning to worry every look would lean very gold/yellow, so it's awesome to see someone showcase the palette's true versatility!
Thanks!! I feel like I was naturally drawn to that gorgeous yellow shade, but wanted to show that you can do other things with it without using that shade every time!
Thanks!! I feel like the palettes that really stand out nowadays are ones with bold colors, and I haven't felt drawn to any of their palettes in a while. But I really love this one and the consistency of the shadows, I feel like they're really easy to use!
I use Urban Decay pallets but wish they would sell the colors separately as well. I can’t find my fav pallet colors by themselves. It doesn’t make sense to fall in love with 2 or 3 colors and have to buy a complete pallet each time. 😞
I agree, especially with the original Naked palettes. I found myself quickly using up all the matte colors (I mean there was only two of them so not hard to do) and I was bummed that I'd have to repurchase the entire palette for those shades. I think it would be great if they released the single shadows after the palette launches, so there's still an incentive for people to buy the whole palette and those who have LOVED certain shades can then purchase them separately!
It's called "Princess Incognito" - it was part of the limited edition Aladdin collection that MAC launched and it looks like they don't carry it anymore 😞
I just bought this palette yesterday and was so excited to use it. Thanks for the tutorial, looks great but giiiiirrrrl too much talking 😩 I had to keep fast forwarding to get to ‘the point’ (the colors you chose for this look). I don’t mind taking usually, but I prefer to see the look in action while listening instead of pausing the makeup to get your thought across
Thanks for the feedback! The majority of my audience are beginners who really appreciate me going into great detail about how to apply the makeup. I agree with it being a lot of talking, but I figure if someone's watching my video as an expert they can always mute it or fast forward like you suggested :)
Haha yeah they probably should've thought of a different name, but the "Naked" palettes are their series and part of their branding they've had for a while!
@@mackenzhughes I know I've got a few of their palletes! I just wasn't anticipating seeing an entire photography portfolio of nude people covered in honey 😂 which was a bit naive on my part

I wanted to try this palette and even though it is older Urban Decay had on sale. I love the colors you chose and your eyes look super gorgeous. Ty so much for sharing. I love it.
Omg that palette is GORGEOUS. Definitely my kind of palette.

Yes would like more tutorials with other colors. I want to see how to use all the colors or at least enough to buy it.
I filmed another one using the main Honey color! I just need to edit it, I'm hoping to have it up tomorrow night!
What a great tutorial! I love how you really explain how to actually apply the shadows, and different techniques. So helpful for me, who is still learning!
Love that you did something other than what everybody else did with this honey palette. Just subscribed to you because of it! Much love from Alaska
Thanks Danielle! I felt like using that bold yellow shade would be an obvious choice 😂
The colors match your skin tone so beautifully. You look glowing & brilliant
Thanks Marr!! Hope you're having a great day!

Hi Kenzie! This palette is so pretty and unique 🐝🍯💛 and this eye look is everything and totally brings out your eye color!
