Wow! You just helped me in soooo many ways!!! I’ve been pour painting and asked for an airbrush machine for Christmas and my dad got it for me!!! I’ve been wanting to incorporate it into my art. Thank you so much!!
An excellent tutorial - thank you. When the same model as this one here arrives next week, I will be in possession of my first Airbrush ever. Up until then, it's been a series of rattle cans. With an airbrush, I'm looking forward to the possibility of an an almost infinite range of colour shades. SuperCheap have been great at filling spray cans with a fairly decent range of colours. The airbrush will allow for a greater range of colour choices. The use I'll put my new airbrush to will be painting plastic model kits. To operate the airbrush effectively will require some new skills such as working the control trigger button in a paint/air ration to produce a good paint job that is hopefully the equal to he results achievable using a rattle can. But my real concern is getting this essential technique off before frustration leads to a meeting of the garage wall and the airbrush launched at super sonic speeds. What a waste of money that would be.
This is very helpful. Thanks alot. I'm in the market for an airbrush and it's interesting to see what such an airbrush can do in the hands of an expert. I'm almost convinced to get one. I need a quiet one for painting plastic models. Other reviewers show it to sputter paint, but if the paint is thinned and the gun used correctly, the spray suits my needs very well. Air first, then paint. 👌
That's cool as a reality new comer to modern airbrushing I had no idea the wireless/ cordless airbrush existed 😅 wonder how many more goodies have flown right over my head well it was buried in the sand lol thanks for sharing! Might be worth doing a round up of all the strange and novel goodies a complete noob may have missed or might not even think existed. 🥃cheers🍻
Great video! Which airbrush gun do you like better? These or the 130 from various brands? Reason for the question; I have not found any accessories or spare parts for this airbrush gun. Can you disassemble the gun in a video and maybe change the needle?
Excellent. Very clearly and concisely explained. I've only just become interested in airbrushing and found your review very helpful. Would it work if a hose was attached between the compressor and gun?
Thank you glad you enjoyed it , I couldn’t get it to work with a hose unfortunately but they may vary from supplier to supplier so maybe ask them before you buy , the one shown here is from spray gunner 👍🏻
@@AirbrushAsylum Around 60-65 years ago I used to paint (palette knife, brush, poster and watercolours ). Recently a few ideas have been knocking around in my head and I've been toying with the idea of taking it up again. After seeing your reviews, airbrushing seems eminently suitable for what I have in mind. Since I have osteoarthritis I might need something easier on the fingers and wrist so I went looking for trigger airbrushing guns and found this: a.aliexpress.com/_mKUHvvL It comes with a hose. Unfortunately I can't find any reviews of your standard for this. I'd appreciate your input. I'm in Pakistan and find airbrushing is quite unknown here. Thanks in advance.
I want to airbrush but really don’t know what kit to go for, cordless? Compressor? Too many out there to know what’s decent and won’t ruin starting out.
Great content. I just bought one and the compressor started giving off a really strong chemical smell is this normal? Also it does no work if not connected to the power cord even if the light is green indicating fully charged. Hope you can help me a bit understanding if its just faulty.
with this type of air brush could you use sharpies with it (I guess you would need some kind of adaptor to hold the pen in place)? if not I'll just make inks from he sharpies but would be easier to be able to slip a pen in/on to the air brush
Hello mate. I’m a barber and I have just started using a airbrush with the same compressor your using in this video for hair enhancements. There are lots of videos of how to mix temporary hair dye with alcohol to use the airbrush. It basically involves using it along with a piece of card to create sharper lines and shading to soften the blend into the haircut. I would love to see if you have any tips and examples on doing this process for clients. Thanks.
@@IKenexPSN hello mate. I couldn’t tell you the brand of the airbrush unfortunately. It came unbranded from Amazon. It’s cordless though. I got two. First one did not work. Second was good and compressor works well, but I don’t think the actual airbrush is so good so might upgrade that. I use kiss express for the temporary dye and I mix it with 99% alcohol. I have seen people saying ratios for the mix, but the idea is so the dye goes through the airbrush. I mix and stir and mix and stir until I have the shade I want and and lumps of dye have gone. I generally use black and brown. The black can be mixed as far as a dark brown and the brown can be mixed to the point it even works well with ginger hair. Hope this helps bro.
@@stephenrichardson8351 have you ever used the tomb45 ready mixed no drip enhancement paint? Just ordered my third compressor tonight so fingers crossed 😂

Hi.I'd like ask you about reducer. What's the difference between acrilyc paint reducer and water? Can i use only water as a reducer?Sorry about my english.Thank you.
I purchased a Limous cordless air brush. As soon as I push the power button air comes out. Dosen't matter if I pull back the trigger or not, air comes out the end where the paint is supposed to come out. It seems like a small part or piece is missing but I'm a rookie so I have no clue. Hope you can help or point me in the right direction. Thanks
Hello, I know this video is pretty old but hopefully you will see this and can help me out. I bought the exact airbrush and used a metallic DecoArt Extreme Sheen paint. I dont know why but my airbrush shoots out paint for the first 5 seconds and then only air comes out. I mixed the paint with water to thin it out. Do you know why it wouldn't consistantly spray?
I don’t have the ones with the button, but I would imagine it would become annoying having to switch it on and off whereas this one is all automatic when the trigger is depressed 👍🏻🤔
Hi there. I realize this video is over a year old, but hopefully you'll see my question. I received a cordless airbrush as a gift and am excited to get into using it. It is a I-Beautee METU-30. In the instructions, it says no water or banana oil. Yet on the last page it mentions the Bubble Cleaning and says to use clean water to clear it. I'm confused.
Keep practicing and you will get it to perform , also make sure your paint and psi mix is correct this vid may help 👉🏻 ua-cam.com/video/iipihxzoZTc/v-deo.html
I've looked at a lot of these Cordless Airbrushes and this ( No Name from Spraygunner )seems to be the best but as usual I am late to the party - they are out of stock.

This video helped me so much, specially the splattering stuff, which almost ruined all my first works.
Nice, clear voice with good explanations

As a model builder and a Ping Pong player it felt eerily like watching a Tennis player when you held the airbrush with 2 hands! :D

I personally haven’t painted any 3D printed models as yet but I would assume it would require a primer to ensure good adhesion .
