I have it, 1 motor brokem dead at arrival, had to buy one.(used it 2 months with 1 motor) then that 1 belt teared. (could have been an accident=no brake) max 21km/h 1 or 2 motor, doesnt matter.. the plastic comes out from the wheel, and pushing on to the other end metal piece-> slowing down. I still use it, since I got it I do enjoy it. the pennyboard is so much better.
I have a bench wheel c board shape 3600 watt dual motor and i have had it for 4 months Honestly i use it everyday till its low and needs charging - i charge it up some days 2 times sometimes 3 times per day i use it big time .i really do i go up some great hills too got to be 30 degrees climb maybe 35 so that is good too it has no trouble when its batt is high or medium ,but when its on low it only gets me half way up them ,but hay you can let it ride up with out you on int and run along side it ,come back down the hill on it and it might even charge it up enough to do it again i have no complaints about the board it is awesome ,the speed is great its brake is beautiful so gental & responsive with out ever being over the top instant stop like some crap boards do it does the job perfectly and to a stop if you want it to too my board gets a clean every evening with a wipe down and once a week i take the wheels off it and i deep clean the bearings and the belts etc,i also bought some serious ceramic bearings for it and boy that made it even faster i get a good 45 - 50 minutes riding it ,but i am going up hills and also its being charged going down hill too so , my experience of the benchwheel is it is wonderful perfect in every way ,,i have also bought a few other things which i also use ,but that is besides this videos point i had to write this because my bench wheel is awesome and i love it to bits ,and this video is not what i have found with bench wheel at all.
Hi, would you mind giving us an update of your last comment? Is the board still working as good? I bought one and after 1 month, it didn't turn on again. After sending them a video with the problem they concluded that the battery was faulty and they are sending me a new one. I hope this time it will last at least 6 months before having another issue. A part from that, I really like this board. Thank you
I HAVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY BATTERY ON MY BENCHWHEEL NOT HOLDING CHARGE I HAVE BEEN ONTO BENCHWHEEL FOR A NEW BATTERY ,I EXPECT IT AROUND THE 5TH APRIL ,AS IT HAS TO BE SHIPPED AS CAN NOT BE SENT VIA AIR ,, I WILL UPDATE THIS ONCE THE NEW BATTERY IS INSTALLED ,.HOW EVER I MUST ADD THAT I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY BENCH WHEEL , I WILL GIVE A FULLER REVIEW IN MY NEXT INSTALLMENT ,
we have the bench wheel and it has just over 100 miles on it, working well. no issues.. we will be doing a review on the boosted v2 ,benchwheel and the koowheel on my channel. come check. it out, review up soon. .
I bought it again and it did not work for a week, I think it's the electronic plate, but I do not find spare parts. Anyone know where I can buy electronics spare parts? Thank you . Pere.
can you email me the videos they sent you? so I had a problem with the battery, made a new battery and now the receiver has to be plugged into a power bank to stay on. the board runs intermittently, I think it has to do something with the receiver. my next trial will be to find a battery for the receiver and solder in a new battery on the hand held remote. I have sent a few emails to Bench Wheel but no response. when it works its alot of fun and when it dont its a paper weight. Thanks for your video!

the problem is that you have to take apart the benchwheel and install the battery yourself Not a very easy process, I guarantee you.
