It was rough…and I wasn’t responsible for 100s of rescues and three properties!! (Although so thankful for LE and Megan as it clearly frees them up a lot!). At the Atlanta summer Olympics they used mister tents to cool down the horses before the vet checks after they competed. They discovered it worked brilliantly so this is a great idea for them Jami and they sure approve of it!

I think one takeaway is to put the misting nozzles in place after putting up the tubing so you can place them exactly where you want them for best effect. The horses sure did look happy! ❤️

The horses are going to LOVE the misters! The last time I was in the Dallas Fort Worth area I noticed that in downtown Fort Worth they had misters all along the sidewalks. It was so nice to be able to walk through them in the heat of July…even when the water evaporated as soon as it touched your skin 😆 It did make it feel cooler…not 20 degrees cooler but a bit was nice!

When my uncle was alive he had race horses. I'm not sure how he kept those babies cool in the Oklahoma summers which can get up to 110 before the heat index on the worst days of summer. That mister is a really good idea. Much love and respect always to you and Lester from your pal in Oklahoma.

Misters are a fantastic solution for many areas of concentrated heat. Porch, deck, barn, playgrounds, pavilions, etc. I love mine on my back deck. Keeps you comfortable but not wet. Rita and a ladder was scary to watch her pretend to help so closely. Her taking the phone to help video made me laugh. Great job doing it solo.

Misters are a fantastic solution for many areas of concentrated heat. Porch, deck, barn, playgrounds, pavilions, etc. I love mine on my back deck. Keeps you comfortable but not wet. Rita and a ladder was scary to watch her pretend to help so closely. Her taking the phone to help video made me laugh. Great job doing it solo.
