when is gm going to make an actual real competitor to the Bronco, Jeep, Land Cruiser, GX??? I just need them to make a real boxy suv that can go off roading
I'm going to agree with you about the screens! Nobody needs that many screens in a vehicle. Especially in front of the driver. People already get distracted as hell to begin with! I love a good plush material that's more comforting. Plus, imagine that tech going out. It's going to look stupid when they age.
Kirk, completely agree about the screens, that’s obnoxious. Who wants to drive with any amount of light glaring in your face especially at night (knowing that it will be dimmed) for any length of time.
@@sonicotter I did actually do a reservation for a Scout Traveler with the range extender, but it looks great and everything about them I here is exactly what I am looking for for my next vehicle the only bad part is we have to wait until 2027
2025 Expedition has front screen across the dashboard like the Lucid Gravity, split tailgate like the Navigator, and ot has the power-moving center console like the 2025 Yukon and Suburban.
9:25 The Wildcat is a storied name in Buick heritage. I don't know if it was ever a performance vehicle, but There's an old dark green one at my local cars & coffee and it is quite possibly the longest 2 seat luxury Coupe (convertible) I've ever seen. I don't know if the new Wildcat concept was ever meant to be a performance vehicle, as opposed to a big luxury Coupe for the modern age. But because of how electric vehicles work it might be just as easy to give it a ton of power as it is to not, (kind of like how Rolls-Royce sedans have traditionally had a good bit of power but weren't really performance oriented). I could see this utilizing some components from the Cadillac Celestiq to bump up the economies of scale for both, and maybe be positioned lower in the market at wherever the Chrysler halcyon concept would fit (if Chrysler's around long enough to bring that out). But most likely this is just a design concept
I didn't see anything in this entire video I was excited about except the ZR1, which I won't be buying anyway. There's just nothing compelling coming out of the US. With the death of the Camaro, the only affordable sports car worth considering is the Mustang, but it's a Ford, so I won't be doing that. 😂 Kirk, your lack of enthusiasm for most of the American offerings is both apparent and completely aligned with my own. Couldn't agree more. *Yawn*
@theazurapristina Most Jaguars are built in Britain and most Volvos are built in Sweden. So no, that logic doesn’t work. On the other hand much of Honda and Acura’s development, engineering, suppliers, and manufacturing are done within the US. In fact, Honda and Acura are more American than the Detroit three in terms of build and engineered in the US.
Maverick van ….. replacement for defunct Transit Connect! The small+sufficient size and hybrid powertrain is what made the Maverick. Wonder if they can bring a hybrid PT that will move the heavier full height van body. Hope so.
Great video. I would also like for you to make a video about Every German Car Coming in 2025. This should include automakers such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, among others.
I was thinking about the Rivian R2 but if it is delayed until 2028, that sucks. I’m wondering if Lucid will move forward with the Earth which would be a smaller SUV. The Gravity is too big for me and won’t fit in my garage😂
Jeep and RAM have just brought back SRT and Dodge will do it but right now the ones that are doing it are those two and there will be probably towards the end of the year a dual cab Street truck with a hemi engine in it and remember I also told you that there will be a 2025 trans Am in the fall of this year
it is not a replacement for the renegade thankfully. it’s going to be a little bigger than the grand cherokee and have a starting price (estimated not official) around $60k
The Corvette is America's true two-seater and last sports (pseudo-exotic/hyper) with ICE. 🔥🔥 Mustangs and Dodge's are still heavy, muscle cars. I miss the big 3 competition. The German and Japanese options are soooo good!

the EREV ramcharger and scout terra pickup are the only american cars i'd be remotely interested in from any american company's long term road map. And i while i dropped a deposit on the scout for sh!ts'n'gigs, I have zero faith that it'll be even remotely close to my tax bracket when it finally drops (particularly with how the CAD keeps falling).
They will not be available till February or March on the Dodge chargers because of software issues every vehicle is being gone through individually because the over-the-air updates don't work so people are going in manually and doing each one of these cars as literally thousands and thousands sitting on backlots that's about all they're going to make is all the V8 are coming out Tim kinesis is back please refer to Mopar Jesus
What’s going to happen to all the screens in 10 years. I have a tv made in 08 that’s still kicking butt we’ve had two new ones die early🤦♂️. Nothing is made with quality anymore and all the electric stuff is what mages a car not even move if there’s a problem. I may just keep my 2010 cars going for a long time. I could refresh my car for less than 10k excluding paint and could probably drive my 15 year old mazda6 another decade. It’s a tool and I like simple.
They don’t learn that’s for sure. EVs aren’t selling in America as much as China. No more tax credits mean even lower sales. This is such a waste of time to make affordable cars that people would actually buy. Smh
My least favorite thing about ev's is that it takes money from the ICE pot, so everything that has an ICE is boring. It also sucks that ev's are boring too. The only cars that interests me are the BRZ, cx50, Maverick, and a couple others that are escaping me right now. Everything is so bland and soulless

I actually am rooting for and anticipating new products from Mitsubishi. The Outlander is an exceptional vehicle and if they can replace the Outlander Sport sooner than later with say the XForce that would be interesting. Also if they could bring like a Maverick type truck to the market they could easily sell 50k of them a year.
@faheemabbas3965 we are bringing a diesel hybrid truck to north America part of the 2030 momentum 380hp 467 ft lbs of trq it's going to be wild just for starters
The investment in EVs will be the downfall of all these car companies! Look at Jag and Stellantis….lGM and Ford are starting to realize they F’d up and are pulling back or cutting production of these boat anchors. Hopefully ,it’s not too late
I'm just not ever going to buy an EV. And personally, I'm tired of everything being directed into such a platform that has NO infrastructure and no means of sustaining a large population over a multitude of climate conditions and distances. Get back at me in 20-30 years... It might make sense then.
Ev's are just a fad for the rich and spoiled, in five years Tesla will be the only company making electric vehicles. Battery limitations and range is a death sentence for EV's!

Chevy or GMC needs to release a squarebody and call it the K-5. Modern 2 door big old school would be lit.
