Actual testing of Rocket Parachute Flare, Rocket Star Signal and Hand Flare onboard MV Eminent ace. All flares were expired and allowed us by Master to test it. All flare tested safely.

That is done only to test and also alarming other ships that within these latitude or longitude there are ongoing pyrotechnics activities test launch.

@@raymartgemillan3463 exactly. And this is, why I still don't get, why you cause false alarm. Red Signal Rocket ist an international requests for Help in Water Sport.
Why do you use it for training then???
To test, choose white or green signal, then no one will get it wrong.
I am disappointed, even in training you don't teach this pretty basic Info.

@@vornamenachname8783 actually all ships are equal when it comes to all things that are required on board, no one has to bring that isn't compliance. And also these pyrotechnics are used when it's about to expire and also seafarers can practice how to use them on actual emergencies.

@@raymartgemillan3463 Hi Raymart, I am not in that business, so this I cannot say this as a captain, just as someone who is on a boat sometimes for fishing.
But under all circumstances, if I am on the water and see a red signal rocket somewhere, I`d always give an emergency call to the health boat... .
As well I would immediately go there if possible.
So I don`t understand people, who use a red rocket. It is like calling 911 and telling, hey, I just wanted to check if this works out.
Green and white rockets are available. I understand people want to use old rockets that are overdue and must be substituted. But I`d never use these in "public water".
